Happens almost every time and it baffles me so much

Hi, 27, female, UK. Weigh 200lb. No health conditions. Only medication is the pill been on it years no issue.
Last few days every night I've been getting full body chills - it's almost a feverish feeling but with no temperature. It's absolutely horrible and the chills won't stop.
I am very stressed atm, wondering if that's it?
I know it isn't covid as I haven't been out anywhere that would lead me to get it and tested negative twice.
New to this reddit, but I needed somewhere to talk about IBS attacks, since I’m literally writing this while I’m lying in bed dealing with one. Ever since I was a kid whenever my stomach was really upset my legs/lower torso would uncontrollably shake, and I’ve never really figured out why. I don’t find too much information on this when I google it, but it’s the biggest indicator of how bad my IBS is during an attack. That, and my hands and forearms getting clammy and sensitive. Does anyone else get this?
I’m not sure what type of IBS I have, but whatever causes my stomach to gurgle and bubble audibly lol. Just wanted to commiserate with anyone who has similar symptoms during an attack, I hope the one I’m in passes and I can go to sleep since I have a phone interview tomorrow ☹️
So I woke up this morning and I found a chilly bumble stuck on the inside of the window screen. My five year old loves insects and I brought it inside to help warm it up and maybe nurse it back to health. Any suggestions? The cotton swab has a bit of sugar water on it, I figured that might help to peel it up as well as letting it bask in the lamplight.
Anyone else like to nurse the little helpers, not just bees, back to health?
