A list of puns related to "Shipbuilder"
Ahoy! Iβve taken the plunge and bought both HMS Hood and the Bismarck.
Wondered if thereβs much difference between the two kits in terms of ease of build?
Iβve built Lego creator stuff before, but never COBI nor anything this big before.
Any hints or tips on building would be greatly appreciated?
Iβd like to do the Hood first, but if the Bismarck is easier to build then Iβll go with that?

Hello everyone,
today we present you the WoWs ShipBuilder, a tool that makes creating and sharing ship configurations (commonly referred to as builds) easy.
If you know the popular WoWs Fitting Tool, you know the basics of what our application does.
So why do you need the ShipBuilder instead of the existing tools?
With the ShipBuilder it is easy to save and load your builds. It comes with a simple and structured UI, grouping relevant elements while still clearly separating different components.
You can either share builds with others or just store them and access them later again. The tool will automatically save your last builds so you don't have to use any external tools or notes to store your builds.
It comes with a nice dark mode and includes some additional features like visualizing the turret angles of a ship or showing the dispersion graphs for one or more ships.
If you want to try it out, please head over to our GitHub repository where you can find the full source code as well as an installer for the tool: https://github.com/WoWs-Builder-Team/WoWs-ShipBuilder
The application is distributed using Clowd.Squirrel, an automatic installer and updater that will install the application and keep it up to date after the first installation.
Update checks only run on application startup so it won't mess up your system with unnecessary services. The application itself is stored in your local app data and installation should not require admin permissions.
However, you may get a Windows SmartScreen warning or a warning from your AV software when installing the tool. This is due to the distributed binary being unsigned. Unfortunately, code-signing certificates are rather expensive so we are not able to sign our binary at the moment.
After the first installation the application will check for updates and allow you to update automatically or manually, depending on your personal preference.
If you want to give some feedback or need help with the application, head to our community discord, the link of it can be found on the bottom of the linked github repository or in the application itself.
TIL: Ship stats show damaged performance of parts when constructing inside the campaign because parts are installed in fully damaged condition ! Therefore practice your builds in shipbuilder, since you will not see the full effects until build is complete (or add a simple parentheses for fully repaired stats and damaged stats : ) Thanks for the replies.
Hello All,
I am in my first playthrough and practiced a few ships in the shipbuilder for my next campaign and to learn rule of thumbs for modifications during campaign.
I noticed something strange, and I searched a bit but did not find any info.
Long story short, if I rebuild a ship in campaign it has immensely different stats than the same ship in ship builder.
I assumed no one noticed this because the shipbuilder ships probably start the campaign with the announced stats. I am trying to turn Negev I got into one of my designs from ship builder but spent so much time in ship builder that did not realize why I was not getting similar numbers until I noted down all my designs consumption values. Maybe it depends on the ship you dismantle from when building in campaign.
Please apologize the cell phone photos, I took them to avoid alt-tabbing then noticed this.
