I am in a really bad situation.
I bought my home 5 years ago for $295,000
I have now lost my job and had to move to get a new one. What I make just covers the bills and mortgage for both places. I have no wiggle room.
I tried selling my home but 2 realtors have told me that I can not get more than $230,000 for it. If I replaced carpets and painted, I might get enough to pay off my mortgage, but that’s still not a guarantee (I’d need $245,000 to pay off current mortgage + $15,000 various fees and commission)
I can’t afford to do any of that. I can’t foreclose or short sell due to mortgage insurance. I can’t rent it for the same reason (basement carpet needs replacing, basement needs painting) and all property management companies I have contacted would require that done first, or payment for them to do it.
I’m 5 hours away so I can’t do it myself, even if I could afford the supplies.
My credit is not great and I used what little I had available on a credit card for the move, which I can only pay the minimum on right now.
I’m out of ideas and I am so stressed that I can barely function. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do?

There are open contracts for 2,287 for Jan and 116,663 for March.
775 contracts dropped registered over 4%. They are so screwed.

My dad lives in a very desirable area in a large, detached house. He wants to sell and put it on the market last year, but despite many views no offers came in.
I suspect that the house being very dated inside, and having a decent amount of wear and tear is putting families off.
He doesn't have the will or capacity to improve it himself, so i was wondering if there are any services who will come in and do up a house as much as possible (without gutting it) making it fit for the selling market.
I'm willing to imagine that he'd be okay dropping 5-10k on such a service.

If another 46,009,250 ounces gets removed that will be 51.6% of current comex registered.
This means if 2022 = 2021 then the comex is over by 2022 year end.
Here is what I see, mining isn’t going to be much larger in 2022, recycling isn’t going to be much larger in 2022. Industry usage will be larger in 2022, retail will be larger in 2022, etf PSLV will be larger in 2022. Any way you cut it up, I see shrinking supply and inevitably higher prices. If/when regular people get gold/silver fever there is nowhere for the comex to run for relief. All excess silver has been sucked up. Those 1000oz bar slicers really made it game over too.
So.. here we are.
Let's say I have a very amateur project based on ESP32.
To oversimplify it's a protocol where ESP32s can connect to, and act either as input or output devices for something else bigger connected.
To oversimplify further, assume I have built 2 devices, one is a light switch, and the other is a led driver controller. They communicate WIFI through ESP32, with some very easy user experience on getting them provisioned through BLE.
Now, let's say I want to start selling those devices. I have no idea how I'd go about taking a very basic breadboard setup, to an actual functioning circuit that you can connect to a 240v.
How do people usually do this step? do they hire a firm that does the real design of the device? are there company that do the design + review + production + testing?
Is the real design of the device something that even amateurs can do? how do you get certification to sell the device in your country (it's UK for me, but any example like US or EU would work to give me an idea).
For additional context, I understand the straight answer should be 'there are already plenty of products that do that, don't waste your money / time' but please, indulge me :D

Look it's not the skins they want, it's the ability to sell skins they want. The ability to hand them out as rewards.
Decals. Sell decals. Hand out subscriber decals. Have decal design contests. Ideas are cheap so whatever.
We all see where this is going, this slow creep of more and more skins and less and less discussion of painting and eventually they're going to be like "Lets just pull the band aid off and cut ship painting" and they're going to count on "weathering the outrage" by timing it well.
Need to kneecap this shit now or we're not gonna get to paint our fucking ships, not because they can't but because money.

Pandaria engineering makes Ghost Iron Dragonling with Ghost Iron Bars and Windwool Cloth, it can be used by all characters even non-engineers.

It crafts at ilvl 39 but if you use a Relic of the Past V (taught by trainers) you can make it ilvl 54 so it scales down to 50 in the dungeon.

It has three "cogwheel sockets" which only take tinker's gears, also made with engineering and only taking 2 Ghost Iron Bars per craft. Because of the way Blizz "squished secondaries" you can double up on some, such as having two haste gems by having a Quick and a Precise. Thus you can get 24 of one secondary and 12 of another on this.

It has no stats beyond the cogwheels but has a proc that summons a dragonling to fight with you for 20 seconds.

The dragonling proc is high and it does great damage. In my DPS towers it does about 10% of my overall damage, in the last phase of my healing mage tower it did twenty percent of my damage.
The only thing keeping this from being super in-demand is lack of knowledge of the greater playerbase. It might be advantageous to "get the word out" and be the one selling these items on your server.

MMAC & Strandhogg should be sellable on fleamarket, it's only tier 4 armor and they are not even in the top tier of this armor class.
Both ANA rigs can be sold on flea, and are way better.
So you know how when you do the command pls sell it ask if you want to sell all of your sellables? Well i asked somebody if its okay to do it and they said it was bad but i just wanted to ask here is there any consequences to it or is it a good thing.

I have three tickets to the Orlando show and circumstances have arose where I can't go. The tickets on the TicketMaster app have no barcode yet and the transfer and "sell" buttons are greyed out. I want to offload these but it doesn't seem possible. Will they become sellable as the date nears?
