A list of puns related to "Public Access Television"
Loved watching public access television back in the day. I remember one guy I'd watch would get drunk, wear a turkey outfit and spin random records. It was always entertaining, especially the drunker he'd get. Also loved watching people play putt putt (with commentary of course) at our local putt putt course too. The ugly courses with the orange signs. Can't remember the name of the place but I'm assuming it was just called Putt-Putt
.This very old grainy short was discovered uploaded on a Youtube channel from all the way back in 2009, which goes by the name of Jenkem Chic, who had found the clips on an old VHS tape of his.
"Pink Morning Cartoon" is NOT its original name.
Supposedly, it aired some time during 4:30 AM on a Public Access channel somewhere in Ohio. This is presumed to be from Columbus, Ohio, although not much evidence but word of mouth can be said about the legitimacy of that statement. This is theoretically a children's show, although it's unknown if it's meant to act as a preschool program or a children's program in general. Nobody knows how many episodes of this show there are, or even the name of it, and who was behind this piece of Lost Media.
If ANYONE from Columbus Ohio has any idea what this show is called, where it came from, or if they know any information behind the show or those who worked on it, please come forward with any information you may have.

Would you recommend it? What are some pros and cons to doing it?
The other day I was thinking about television shows and programming I watched in the early to mid 2000s and I remembered a show with a very eccentric man, wearing an umbrella hat that had dollar bills attached to it. He'd go to flee markets and stores to, I think, point out good deals. I don't remember if it was public access or what but I just can't find anything about it or the guy online. I searched for a good while using different variations of "show with guy wearing an umbrella hat with dollar bills attached to it" and nothing came up. I don't know if this is the right subreddit for this but I'm really stumped about this. Is there anyone who knows and remembers what I'm talking about? If it helps, I live in northern New England (NH to be specific).
