Which Season 2 or 3 figures are worth getting for their Wow Pow? Which ones are not? I'm very curious!

When I was younger... maybe 90s.... I remember there was a native pow wow on the pier that was open to anyone. It was a chance to experience something from our native people that many may not be familiar with. The PNW has some obvious strong roots in Native culture.... there was dancing and food... there was singing. It was beautiful and felt like such a brilliant location... watching the sun set in the summer on the pier while they danced and sang.
I feel like this has slowly disappeared or moved away from the downtown area of Seattle. I miss it.
I really wish Seattle could do something more to bring that back in focus. The little I've been able to experience of native culture has left a huge impression on me. I also know I can visit tribal centers... but it feels like it has been pushed out of Seattle. I see the art on ferries and in stores... it's beautiful... but I would like to see more.
Maybe it's just me...
Honestly... I'm just a white guy that has some distant native blood .. and I don't know why this speaks so much to me... but I just thought I would say that it seems like such a missed opportunity for Seattle to not celebrate our native community more. The Art is great and everywhere.. but it feels like a photograph of a sunset. A single glimpse of a rich, multidimensional and diverse culture...

so i have the opportunity to buy either a series 2 stealth elf, or a ninja stealth elf, but i cant find any sources explaining which wow pow is better.
series 2
pros: wow pow fits my playstyle
cons: figure is a bit more expensive than the ninja, + i dont get sick ninja costume

pros: its cheaper, + has sick ninja costume
cons: wow pow is "eh" as best
Obviously eons elites don't have wow pows and are considered variants of series 1 skylanders. However, giants and sf doesn't know this, and assumes these 'special variants' are variants of series2/3 respectively which means in giants and sf, you can buy their wow pows. Does this mean they'll now have that wow pow in trap team, superchargers and imaginators? Or just in the game you bought it in? Will it carry over? Eg if I get eon elites trigger happy series 2 wow pow in giants, will it appear as his series 2 or 3 wow pow in swap force, seeing as neither of them are associated with his eons elite character.
Just a random thought I had, also there’s so many that I was curious what the general consensus on which one had the best wow-pow.
POW! WOW! 2021 felt so quiet this year. No street banners or anything. Even with the pandemic, something seems amiss with the lack of hype.
Is there a school or anywhere I can call about signing my 6 yr old daughter up for powwow classes?
Anyone know the status of the curve lake pow wow this year. I’m dying to introduce my kids to some real Canadian culture.
Like trigger-happy, he was already good but his series 2 wow-pow just makes him better.
