A list of puns related to "Pot Limit"
I like dense, cozy and detailed places, but once I decorate an area in my teapot realm the way I like it, there tends to be a lot of empty space around it.
Sure, an easy fix would be an increased load limit, but considering technical bottlenecks like mobile I doubt we'll get substantial load improvements.
That leaves me with my suggestion of optional smaller Realms that have the same load limit as the current one, but smaller (and maybe fewer) building areas. They could even come in multiple sizes like "small", "medium" and "large" (the current one).
Then there wouldn't be so much empty space left whenever I build things like a small cozy forest or garden.
Anyone encountering the same issue? Any other similar ideas? Or maybe I'm the only one who'd like this?
I have switched from Holdβem to Big O. Just wanted a chance of pace. Very suited to online play since the pots are instantaneously split.
I have won 18 out of 20 weeks. My thoughts during this time.
Pros:
Cons:
Other thoughts:
-You will win small pots with second nuts and eventually get pummled.
-If the river card doesnβt help, it hurts.
-It is all about the scoop or 3/4.
-Bluffing is an art. Pick your spots carefully.
Anyone else play this game? Sort of addicted now.
I'm new to PLO. Thinking it was basically NLH but with four cards, I got it all in with what I thought was a straight flush - and lost to the nut flush (5c6c7c8c, I held the 9c). I can't find a single site that clarifies all the rules of PLO. So here are five examples that remain unclear to me.
If the answer to any question is no, please reveal what the hand actually is :)
Edit: (4) Accidentally gave one player a straight
I was watching The Big Game, in which action pre-flop is pot limit. But the math doesn't check out in my head.
E.g., in S1W4E5, in a hand, Barry Greenstein is on the button, pays $100 ante for everyone, i.e. $600. Ike Haxton is SB $200, Giang is BB $400 and Rick Rahim straddles $800. (Pot size: $2000)
Action folds over to the Viffer, who raises to $2500, making the pot $4500. Barry, Ike and Giang fold. Now, if Rick wants to raise, shouldn't it be to $2500 + $4500 + $800 +100 = $7900? But in the show, when he announced a max-raise, it was $8700.
Please explain, what is it that I'm misunderstanding?
So in this post here

It says that the load of the Serenitea pot will be increased depending on the users set up.
Ok so this was a lie. I have a decent computer and I was only able to place like 2 more trees down than before. So I am not even going to be able to have the NPCs from the dispatch out in my realm.
