Can anyone suggest some places to go paddle boarding around Oldham?
As an avid paddleboarder, I'd love to hear about where everyone launches from and at what time? I love a sunrise paddle but rarely see people out there at that time so curious about where people enjoy going.
I usually launch from south beach or key biscayne (if it's early morning).
Hey all. My wife and I are new to the area (Florida native but been in CO past few years) and we're looking for recommendations on where to paddleboard. I've seen people launching from the pier but also i wanted to see about anything in the bay as well. I haven't seen too many people out there except maybe off of 60 near the tampa side where there was a swim up bar or something. Thanks!
Been paddleboarding in the UK for a few years now but always stop around now when things get a bit colder. I want to change that this year and keep going through the winter. At the minute I’m away from the coast and mostly go out on the local canals.
I haven’t fallen in so far (touch wood) and usually just wear boardies and a t-shirt, which wouldn’t be an issue if I did. But the thought of getting soaked in winter clothes in close to freezing water doesn’t seem appealing and wearing a wetsuit when you aren’t actually in the water is horrible.
Any suggestions, or is it just a case of not falling in?
I’ve been to Bonaire a number of times as a scuba diver but I’ve recently fallen in love with SUP. What are the best places on the island for it?
Just wondering for future reference. Are there many nice beaches with good waves or surf/paddle boarding schools along the south coast of Devon? Thanks!
