Guess this is pay back for me listening to “Its Not Unusual” the last few days
I think I saw it on reddit, but can't find the post. It's two guys in the back of a construction vehicle driving along a road/highway, and one is standing up and dancing. The video is taken from another vehicle driving alongside, and someone has put the song "Unwritten" by Natasha Bedingfield over the top of the video, at the chorus (feel the rain on your skin, no one else can feel it for you, only you can let in.....etc.)
I feel like Natasha Bedingfield was put in a box that didn't represent her. I mean, Unwritten was her biggest song in America because of The Hills but that is a style which didn't represent her. She was famous in Europe for These Words which was, by far, the superior song.
It was so annoying, to me, as a fan to see her associated with The Hills as people no longer took her seriously and then she came out with Pocketful of Sunshine which, to ,me, is still misunderstood. It wasn't meant to be taken literally and people began to see her as a kook.
