Palms started to look like marbled meat when I lower them. Have mild pots but unsure if related, kind of panicked.
So I noticed about a week ago that my palms are red with white splotches and try and remember if that has always been the case. Dwell on it for a few days and realize that it isn't as I clearly remember my palms being quite pale like the rest of my arm. Go to see a dermatologist and they gave me some moisturizer that didn't do anything to stop this and just assumed it was how my skin was. Yesterday I went to a doc in the box because weekend and they thought I had some kind of allergic reaction and told me that prednisone should clear it up in a day, it didn't. Still got the same red and white blotchy palms, they feel like random pin pricks in certain areas but not pins and needles and now the veins on the back on my hands begin to puff up when my hands hang down. My Pots is very mild and hardly ever flairs up so I do not know if this could be connected or something that develops but it is freaking me out currently as I am trying to keep my hands normal and up at all times. Does anyone else have an experience similar to this? It is making me worry like crazy because when i see things about blood pooling the whole hand turns red where as this is only my palms.

All-American dinner right here... Tri-tip at 136 for 5ish hours, pan fried smashed potatoes and cooked carrots. Meat was tender as butter and the marbled fat melted in your mouth.
