A list of puns related to "Liz Phair"
Apologies for the delays on the AYWKUBTTOD results. I should have their results up later tonight, and the Glass Animals results by tomorrow.
Also, I've decided to restart TTT re-dos with artists that we've done long ago. Up until now, we've only been holding re-dos for artists with newly released music that I expect would have a significant impact on the top 10/20 list. But some of the artists we first did were way back when we had less than 50k subscribers; we now have over 2 million. I'd love to see how the lists change with our greatly expanded population with some new perspectives.
I'm still thinking about how often to hold these re-dos; for now, I'm thinking once every month or two.
List your top ten favorite songs by the artist in ranked order, with #1 being your absolute favorite, #2 being your second favorite, etc.
I use a script to automatically tally up the results, but it's very particular. Please use the following format to create your list:
Here's an example of what your list should look like.
Here is our spreadsheet charting past artists we've done.
Tentative schedule (MM/DD):
12/28 - Liars
01/04 - Manic Street Preachers
01/11 - Earl Sweatshirt
01/18 - Sunny Day Real Estate
01/25 - Janelle Monae
02/01 - The Flaming Lips (re-do)
Vote on artists you'd like to see us do in the future.
Recently added artists to the poll: Black Dresses, Jessie Ware, Lingua Ignota, Converge, Tropical Fuck Storm.

Hi all. Iβm just looking for more female musicians to add to my listening repitoir.
I didnβt want to list everyone in the title but I also love:
Patti Smith Sleater Kinney Bikini Kill L7 Daughter LP The Gits Sarah McLachlan Fiona Apple The Chicks TLC The Slits Bratmobile The Cranberries Natalie Merchant Jill Sobule Veruca Salt Melissa Etheridge Paula Cole Billie Holiday
βNight Dangers are a melancholy pop band from the Midwest. Theyβre self-produced, self-recorded and independently grounded somewhere in between the Minnesota and Iowa state line.
They recently released their latest effort titled βMy Colossal Truthβ in December of 2021. They paired up with the illusive Brad Wood (Smashing Pumpkins, Liz Phair, Placebo) to transform these songs into a sonic paradise. You can find them in a city near you, if you look hard enough.β

Liz Phair will join us for an AMA this Tuesday! (Photo: Eszter David, Graphic: u/sara520)
WHO: Liz Phair is the legendary singer-songwriter and trailblazer behind classic indie rock/alternative rock records like Exile in Guyville, Whip-Smart and Whitechocolatespaceegg. After a string of major label albums and the independently released Funstyle in 2010, Liz is finally back with her brand new studio album.
WHY: That album of course being Soberish, out now via Chrysalis Records. Along with being Liz's first studio album in over 10 years, it's also her first in over 20 with producer Brad Wood, whose back on the boards for the first time since parts of Whitechocolatespaceegg. And coming up this summer, Liz will be supporting Alanis Morissette on her Jagged Little Pill tour (re-scheduled from its original 2020 dates), tickets + dates for which can been bought/seen on her website.
WHEN: Liz Phair will join us for an AMA this Tuesday, June 8th @ 2pm ET/11am PT!
Got an email from Ticketmaster last night saying that Liz isnβt going to be on the tour anymore. Seems odd to drop out right before itβs supposed to start and I wonder if theyβll be able to find someone to replace her or if Garbage will just get a longer set now.
