On day one, write it somewhere on a note you’ll remember or can access but for goodness sakes stop counting the days. How many days have you been a man? How many days have you been eating food? Being black, being white? Seems irrelevant doesn’t it..
Because it is. Your hyper analyzing the days your going because you want to break. Don’t. Be addiction free & just feel good about yourself. Energy is limitless when you allow yourself to charge. You deserve to feel normal again. Love yourself don’t take your mind body or spirit for granted. You are love. Be well & remember why you came here into this life. I know it was not to be possessed by some sexual entity.
