A list of puns related to "Lea Test"
When this post is up, it will mark the start of this test.
Since I haven't finished the game yet I will only use the words I have unlocked so far. I can't say which words for now because I don't know how to mark spoilers on mobile. Maybe in an edit later.
Lea can communicate with hand gestures and nods, I'll be using them too. Since there's no text based communication in CrossWorlds, I am not allowed to write or type what I need to say except for my unlocked words.
Wish me luck.
EDIT: The test is done. I was forced to talk because I had to do a presentation 2 hours ago. I'll be talking more about this when I get home, the internet where I am is not that good.
EDIT2: I kinda forgot about explaining more but since someone set a reminder for this post, I'll explain more on my experience with this test.
It started in the weekends, It was easy. Since I was at home and didn't need to go anywhere, all I needed to not do is to reply to some not so important messages. From Monday to the end of the test, it got a little hard. It was easy when all I had to do was to nod at someone when they're telling me something. But, when I had to answer a non yes/no question, I was forced to shrug and pretend to not know the answer even though I did.
People started noticing my silence. A friend even asked if there's something wrong with my throat, I just nodded yes and went with that as my excuse.
I had to go in front of the class and present a progress update to our game development project. I ended the test by starting the presentation with "Hi". The presentation went well, too well for the guys who thought i had strep throat. I just told them "maybe me talking way less made my voice well enough for the presentation."
Because of this test, I learned 2 things: I talk too much and "people watching" is great.
It's late, I have to go to bed. Comment if you have any questions and I'll respond as best as I can. Also, try this test, I had a good time, maybe you will too.
9:30 tomorrow morning I take my Limited Energy exam. Nervous. After 3 years of class and OJT it all boils down to tomorrow. At least it's only 52 questions in 3 hours. Wish me luck brothers.
Every year, I try to go the movie theater as much as possible. Usually 3-5 times a week but significantly less over the past 2 years. I like to keep stubs/dates/scores/etc for fun. In theaters, I saw 5 movies in 2015, 9 movies in 2016, 140 movies in 2017, 162 movies in 2018, 192 movies in 2019, and 44 movies in 2020. This is my full ranking of every movie I saw in theaters in 2021.
My reviews/scores are not meant to be anything serious, and it's really just a personal enjoyment scale, I don't keep a checklist or anything, just a ticket stub and a rating when I leave the theater, sorted at the end of the year with a few random thoughts. Scores sometimes change after re-watch and ranking, but most stay the same. I'll admit that my scores this year are probably more inflated than usual because being back in theaters on a regular basis was amazing. I try to stay away from reviews and trailers as much as possible so I can go in blind for most movies.
I got COVID in mid-December so I'm running behind on a lot of the more recent big movies and/or award-contenders (Spider-Man, Nightmare Alley, Licorice Pizza, Passing, Matrix 4, Red Rocket, The Lost Daughter, Tender Bar, etc), but I should get to most of those in the coming week or so. I also skipped on a few other big titles (Annette, The Suicide Squad, Godzilla vs. Kong, etc). Hopefully next year will be better and I'll get close to my 200 goal. I don't rank anything I've seen outside of theaters.
Dune - 10/10
Asia - 9/10 - Depressing, heart-wrenching, and a closing scene that'll make you want to curl up into a ball and cry. I love a good punch like this once in a while. The pacing is a little bit off and it's very depressing, but it works. This movie came out of nowhere and is probably the one I regularly think about the most from 2021.
Pig - 9/10
Nomadland - 9/10
King Richard - 9/10 - This could have been another cheesy, shallow ego project (ahem, like American Underdog that I saw on January 1st, and will be low on the 2022 list), but it did so much more. I cried like a baby at the end, and Will Smith/Aunjanue Ellis/Jon Bernthal were an amazing trio and elevated this to be one of the best sports-biopics of the past decade.
The Father - 9/10
The Green Knight - 9/10
Murina - 8/10 - *Biggest surprise of the year and the best debut film

Three years ago we had a post by a now-deleted user that we deemed so good we added it to our sidebar. Since we lost it when the author deleted their account, this is my attempt to recreate it while editing minor things for clarity, plus adding a section on race that was left as a comment on the original post.
One of the main points of resistance to changes in how police and society handle rape, sexual assault and even sexual harassment is the counter argument that men then would be plagued by false rape accusations. The fear is that we crossed some line that no longer allows reasonable doubt and that a man can be sent to jail by one accusation. We of course have seen stories of such things in the news, and every time we question whether these are isolated stories or a sign of a larger epidemic we don't get to see. When does the drive of combating rape go too far? Is it something to fear?
So how common is this issue? Is it really a threat to men? How many false rape accusations are there?
Most experts agree that false rape accusations make the total of 2-10% of the total accusations of rape. As quoted from the handbook:
>A multi-site study of eight U.S. communities including 2,059 cases of sexual assault found a 7.1% of false reports (Lonsway, Archambault, & Lisak, 2009).

>A study of 136 sexual assault cases in Boston from 1998-2007 found a 5.9% of false reports (Lisak et al., 2010).
>
>Using qualitative and quantitative analysis, researchers studied 812 reports of sexual assault from 2000-2003 and found a 2.1% of false reports (Heenan & Murray 2006).
And why not add some more papers to the mix.
In PT Ebenezer tells Harry that part of being Starborn is that βhis mind canβt be tainted by any creature from the Outsideβ - while this isnβt common knowledge, I imagine that most of the Senior Council is aware of this.
What if this fact is something Justin became aware of as well (either through Bob or his old master Simon). From his perspective, heβs adopted 2 kids who he presumes are Starborn & but doesnβt really know. How could Justin ascertain whether Harry or Elaine, or both are truly Starborn?
So when Harry & Elaine are around 16, Justin decides that the time is right to perform a test - he will summon an Outsider to see if it can taint either of wardsβ minds. As a safety measure, he decides to enthrall the kid first so that the Outsider canβt turn the kid against him. He starts with Elaine & is able to bend her to his will, however he is unable to try with Harry, so when Harry escapes Justin sends an Outsider
What if this is what 16 year old Harry walks into & misconstrues? While I donβt think Justin was a good guy, I donβt see him as having a long or intimate relationship with the Outsiders either - Iβd imagine Harry or Bob would comment about it since they lived with Justin for 4 years (Bob more like 30 years).
For context I'm a Refuse Driver (Garbage man) & today I was on food waste. After I'd tipped I was checking the wagon for any defects when I spotted a lone pea balanced on the lifts.
I said "hey look, an escaPEA"
No one near me but it didn't half make me laugh for a good hour or so!
Edit: I can't believe how much this has blown up. Thank you everyone I've had a blast reading through the replies π
It really does, I swear!
Theyβre on standbi
Buenosdillas
Do your worst!
I'm surprised it hasn't decade.
