I started a new character yesterday and I wanted to get this ring as fast as I could. I had a pretty good start getting the Dragon Crest Shield and Astora's Straight Sword. I went through the undead burg and a bit of the lower area first to get some necessities. Once the Taurus Demon was killed, I decided to see how fast I could get the CSSR. I decided to skip all the bonfires except the one right after the cemetery. My plan was to blitz through what I could, get my favorite items like the great scythe, and kill Pinwheel. Pinwheel took two tries which can be my blemish. Failed to kill him with Astora's sword but got him with a base scythe after that. I must have been level 15 for that part.
Then came the real doozy. I realized I didn't get a skull lantern. I do so little damage that I decided to run by most of them. I decided I could attempt doing it without. I knew the layout but it took more than a dozen tries just to get there. I never not have a skull lantern. I always killed everyone in order and had something upgraded a decent amount. The giant skeletons were fine to get by consistently but the dogs were as brutal as ever. A handful of times I'd be doing great and they would kill me in one hit. I had to soak it up with some laughter because I was getting pretty shaky.
The last hurdle, (pun kind of intended), was the jump up to the platform. I did get to this point the first attempt at the tomb of giants, but that jump failed and I got messed up trying to recover. I felt that one because I knew it was possible. It would be another half hour before I could figure out how to make an opening for that jump. by then I had a pretty good route through the catacombs. So, over and over again, I ran past the giant skeletons, slide down the caskets, say fuck you to Patches, get past the dogs, roll down to the last section before the jump, force the giant skeleton to attack, and try the jump one more time. on the fifth try I made the jump! got the CSSR and jumped off the side. I think all this happened in the last few hours after work. though it took me a day to be able to post this.
The whole point is I just hate the way back up before warping is available. I've done it enough times. I've been thinking about doing this since my last run and today I made it happen! I'm back up to the catacombs Bonfire at level 21 and I'm not going back for a long while.

Even though this dream ain’t a reality yet and we aren’t a registered student organization I think it is a distinct possibility and having more people to bounce ideas around with will only help our chances. We’ll have to work through getting going and over some hurdles (pun intended) which will be really good practical leadership/problem solving experience either way. Please share this link with people who might be interested as well.
I've been doing an irregulator and item randomiser run and if you know what those mods do then you'll probably know why I need help. If not, all item pick ups and enemy drops (aside from key items) are random and all parameters of weapons, armor, spells are random too. But to my problem.
Yhorm.... all because storm ruler doesn't do storm ruler things.
I've got a plus 10 reinforced club with a spear move set doing between 200-300 damage to yhorms ankles, pretty kitted out in that sense but my call to action for you is for strats or placements or attack combos that can get me over my giant hurdle.

I have really tight hamstrings, hip flexors, glutes and lower back, especially for an 'athlete'. Stretching and mobility exercises have helped a lot, but I am seeing great results from hurdling a baby gate!
The baby gate is about waist height and I've been stepping over it ~50? times a day for two months! It's being used to contain a puppy, but I'm seeing great results lmao
Sometimes I just step over it normally. Other times I'll do a lateral step over. If I'm tired I'll use momentum instead of a slow controlled lift of each leg. Have to be careful though, tired muscles make it easy to trip. Anyways, just wanted to share how a little obstacle in my day-to-day life gave about 2 months of purpose for this kind of mobility and exercise!

Can you hurdle on madden mobile? I have the 91 ovr Lamar Jackson and I know for sure he has hops. Every time a player dives at me I just get tripped up. On console I usually just hurdle but I don’t know how to on mobile.

I’m watching this wondering if dude could just work his way to the bottom, kick off really hard and just go back to Earth. He would have to take extra air tanks and a parachute, but could they do it? Or would they just move away from the station, not really go anywhere and eventually just die?
