So currently in-game, hornblende serves no actual purpose. However IRL, it can be refined into titanium or asbestos. Now I know that refining it into titanium requires electricity and so I can understand why that's not in the game, but wouldn't asbestos be useful? I know it wouldn't be magma safe, but it should be fire safe. I could see it being used for insulation, maybe to allow magma to be carried around in buckets?
You guys have any thoughts?

Briefing: Delta Green has learned through its contacts in the antique trade that Shemets Books, a bookstore in New Yorkβs Borough Park neighborhood, is in possession of both the Sefer HaNisraf and Sefer HaGanuz - recently willed to the owner from the estate of a now-dead private collector. The Program wants both of these books retrieved. There is a possible threat from other "collectors" making a play for the tomes. Consequently the working group may be larger than what Agents are accustomed to working with.
This scenario uses pregens. Exactly which ones I hand out depends on how many players we get.
