Je veux dire merci ร celui qui a fait le cassoulet il y a des siรจcles. Ma sลur, qui n'aime pas vraiment la nourriture occidentale et DรTESTE les haricots, m'a dit que c'รฉtait le meilleur plat de haricots qu'elle ait jamais goรปtรฉ. Edit: J'ai oubliรฉ d'ajouter : j'ai fait un fond de canard avec la carcasse de canard aprรจs avoir enlevรฉ les cuisses/, le magret et les ailes. Ensuite, j'ai fait cuire les haricots dans ce bouillon.
