A list of puns related to "Fletcher Challenge"
I have some questions about this challenge? First off do I do all ten rounds of the squats before going to push press? And how long am I allowed to rest between sets?
Just did an Elder Shortbow daily, and the bows that were crafted quickly didn't add to the daily challenge.
To clarify, the daily challenge timer does go up, but the bows that are crafted quickly don't get added. This resulted in me buying an extra 50 (u) bows to complete the daily.
Portable fletchers have a 10% chance to string two bows at once when stringing on them. When this activates, the second bow does not count as being strung for a daily challenge. It would be nice to see this fixed as all other portables work with dailies.
It's expected Rangnick will be our caretaker manager according to Laurie and Ornstein
Points from Athletic article:
>Exclusive: Ralf Rangnick has agreed to become Manchester United's interim manager. Six-month contract sorted, with additional two years in a consultancy role. Feels a really smart appointment amid the tumult.

... keep reading on reddit ➡I'm going to post the first round here, and link to the full draft (9 trades and 4 rounds) for those who want to look at the entire thing. Jameson Williams' injury and finding out a few players have announced their return to college over the past several days has caused some last minute changes so if the player drafted under the Rounds sheets doesn't match the player in the "Draft Picks by Team" sheet, please let me know.
To see the full 4 rounds, click here!
Jacksonville Jaguars - OT Evan Neal, Alabama - This pick will depend on what Jacksonville does in the offseason. If they re-sign Cam Robinson, than drafting another tackle doesn't make sense and instead they will look at one of the top two edge rushers. However, if Robinson is allowed to leave and Taylor slides over to LT, the Jaguars will be in need of a new RT. Enter Neal, an absolute unit of a man who will use his strength to bully any defender who lines up across from him. Neal played both LT and RT in college, but projects best as a RT in the NFL.
Detroit Lions - EDGE Aidan Hutchinson, Michigan - The Lions are in a position where they could can go BPA with all of their picks and no matter who they take, it will probably fill an area of need. Whether Hutchinson or Thibodeaux is the better player will be hotly debated leading up to the draft. With the #2 overall pick the Lions go with the local kid in Hutchinson. I believe he offers a little more versatility when it comes to where he can line up on the field, which will allow the Lions DC some more flexibility with his defensive packages.
Houston Texans - EDGE Kayvon Thibodeaux, Oregon - Houston will be happy with whomever is available at #3 because they can't go wrong with any of the players. Thibodeaux is an excellent pass rusher, and will be needed on a team that was one of the worst at sacking the QB in the NFL this past season. And he's not a one trick pony, Thibodeaux is also adept at stopping the run and has improved his tackling in open space.
New York Jets - S Kyle Hamilton, Notre Dame - The New York Jets need a lot of help on defense. Kyle Hamilton might just be the best player in this draft, and has enough talent and skill to offer the Jets a lot of versatility in their defensive schemes. If the Jets want Hamilton to play in the box, line up at nickel, rush the passer, or play deep coverage, he will do it and do

I don't want to step on anybody's toes here, but the amount of non-dad jokes here in this subreddit really annoys me. First of all, dad jokes CAN be NSFW, it clearly says so in the sub rules. Secondly, it doesn't automatically make it a dad joke if it's from a conversation between you and your child. Most importantly, the jokes that your CHILDREN tell YOU are not dad jokes. The point of a dad joke is that it's so cheesy only a dad who's trying to be funny would make such a joke. That's it. They are stupid plays on words, lame puns and so on. There has to be a clever pun or wordplay for it to be considered a dad joke.
Again, to all the fellow dads, I apologise if I'm sounding too harsh. But I just needed to get it off my chest.

This is a week of continuing unfinished business.
Government bills on financing nuclear power stations and supporting businesses hit by pandemic-induced rent debt progress towards the end of their Commons journey.
Meatier stuff is happening in the Lords.
They're considering amendments to the Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Bill, including disregarding convictions and cautions against gay men for former sexual offences that are now legal.
And then Friday brings private members' bills.
Mark Jenkinson kicks off with one extending careers guidance in secondary schools.
Nuclear Energy (Financing) Bill - report stage and 3rd reading
Approves a new financing model for building nuclear power stations whereby households pay a small amount each month to fund plants as they're being constructed. By financing nuclear projects upfront, the aim is to make them more attractive to domestic investors and reduce the UK's reliance on funding from overseas groups like the China General Nuclear Power Group. More information here.
Co-Operatives (Employee Company Ownership) Bill
Gives employees the right to buy out all or part of a business at risk of collapsing, and run it as a co-operative. Ten minute rule motion presented by Christina Rees.
Digitally Altered Body Images Bill
Requires advertisers, broadcasters and publishers to show a certain logo when images of human bodies or body parts have had their proportions digitally altered. Ten minute rule motion presented by Luke Evans.
Commercial Rent (Coronavirus) Bill - report stage and 3rd reading
Enables arbitration to be used to resolve rent disputes between landlords and commercial tenants. Aims to ensure that rent debt that built up because of pandemic closures doesn't force an otherwise viable business to fold.
No votes scheduled
Education (Careers Guidance in Schools) Bill - report stage and 3rd reading
Requires state schools to provide careers guidance for children throughout their secondary educa

In the scene where the original band drummer gives Neiman his sheet music folder to hold (then subsequently losing), during the break, do you think Fletcher purposefully stole it to test Neiman/the original drummer?
There are a few things that make me think so:
Neiman looks away from the sheet for what seem like seconds before it's gone
Why would any random person realistically steal a folder of sheet music (apart from maybe the janitor cleaning, as suggested by Neiman)
You don't see anyone else around other than fellow band members
Fletcher barely seems annoyed (compared to his usual outbursts) when told about the missing folder, despite losing his shit minutes prior to someone else leaving their sheet music folder lying around
He seems more shocked that the original drummer doesn't know the music by heart and barely thinks twice about allowing Neiman to fill in when he states he can play it by heart
The whole thing just strikes me as a mind game to try and get "the best" out of his musicians. He challenged the original drummer by seeing if he can play by heart, he gives the Neiman the chance to step up under pressure - it's a win-win in his eyes.
What do people think?
Do your worst!
I'm surprised it hasn't decade.
For context I'm a Refuse Driver (Garbage man) & today I was on food waste. After I'd tipped I was checking the wagon for any defects when I spotted a lone pea balanced on the lifts.
I said "hey look, an escaPEA"
No one near me but it didn't half make me laugh for a good hour or so!
Edit: I can't believe how much this has blown up. Thank you everyone I've had a blast reading through the replies 😂

Let's face it, Parliament is not where the drama is this week.
The prime minister is under increasing pressure elsewhere, setting himself up for another interesting PMQs.
Sue Gray's report into the Downing Street parties will probably land at the end of the week at the earliest, meaning any parliamentary debate on it will fall next week.
The Elections Bill gets another airing in the Commons on Monday.
The most controversial bit is probably the requirement to show ID when voting. Proposed amendments include removing that clause, as well as reducing the voting age to 16 in parliamentary elections and banning overseas electors from donating to UK parties.
And the Animal Welfare (Sentience) Bill arrives from the Lords.
This is the centrepiece of the government's animal welfare agenda. It would legally recognise that vertebrate animals are sentient beings capable of feelings like pain and joy.
Elections Bill - report stage and 3rd reading
Introduces new measures aimed at strengthening the integrity of the electoral process, including requiring voters to show ID in General Elections. Scraps the 15-year limit on voting for UK citizens living overseas. Lays out new rules for EU citizens standing and voting in UK elections. Requires digital campaign materials to show details of the promoter of the materials (as is the case for printed materials).
Digital Devices (Access for Next of Kin) Bill
Grants the next of kin a right of access to the digital devices of a dead or incapacitated person. Ten minute rule motion presented by Ian Paisley.
Animal Welfare (Sentience) Bill - 2nd reading
Establishes in law the sentience of vertebrate animals. Also creates an animal sentience committee to report on whether government policymaking is taking into account the fact that animals are sentient beings capable of feeling emotions and pain. Started in the Lords.
Prisons (Violence) Bill
Places a duty on the Prison and Probation Service and private prison operators to minimise violence in prisons. Ten minute rule motion presented by Grahame Morris.
Building Safety Bill - report stage and 3rd reading
