My opinion comes from my own anecdotal dealings through online sales. I run a small business online mostly selling gifts but also branding products as well. A couple years back we had to stop shipping to Canada. We have always prided ourselves on customer interaction and service. We go the extra mile to make sure your end product is what you actually wanted. 2 times and only that many times we did this for some Canadian women, and when they received the product they went from uninformed and needing help, polite people, to experts on the product raising hell and were baffled at how we would deceive them. We literally held their hands through the entire process sent proofs used the same processes we do for everyone + extra. And the response was the least classy most hyperbolic toxicity I've ever experienced in life or online. I won't be detailed about what was said or done, but it was so over the top for treating someone who you were just cordial with for nearly 3 weeks of back and forth. Once again, I'm sure there are great Canadian folks out there who would never act like a crazy person spewing lies and toxicity, but I have only had 5-10 dealings with Canadians, and they make up the vast majority of negative experiences. 11000 sales in the US, Mexico, Asia, and Europe.
Im usually spot on and always have been. However, I obviously didn’t know about his past infidelity and porn addiction or use in our home. So I’m not sure I can tell the difference and right now at the place I’m at I really need some clairity. It’s like I saw him for a few days then I don’t know what exactly happened but he was more honest and used more open communication. It’s like when the sun comes out and feels so good then the clouds cover it and it peeks through again only to be taken away by another one and when you think you finally have clear skies and can enjoy its warmth another cloud sneaks in to cover your sun again. How do you know or how can you tell when their actions are real and true or just facades and more manipulation? I don’t care about words I’ve heard enough lies his mean very little to me but being blindsided before someone please tell me how you knew either way or what the differences were for you.
I have a theory on the CMCU (Cocomelon Cinematic Universe). This theory is that JJ is an omnipotent god who created this pocket universe for his own personal entertainment, hence why he is completely fluent in English even though he looks and laughs like a baby. This also explains why good fortune seems to follow JJ everywhere he goes. This clearly shows he is in control of every fiber of this universe, and he has enslaved the consciousness of the unlucky souls who have crossed him. You see, Cocomelon THE SHOW is canon in the Cocomelon universe, as proven by the fact that in one of the classroom shots you can clearly see a plush of the Cocomelon logo. This hints at something deeply sinister going on behind the scenes. Have you ever wondered why everyone sings these nursery rhymes all the time? It's because JJ is the creator and CEO of Cocomelon, and he is forcing these people and animals to constantly sing these songs for all of eternity, as nothing can die in JJ's own pocket dimension. Why? Because Cocomelon makes a shit ton of money of course! You see, not only does he manipulate these poor souls for entertainment, he also finds sick joy in watching the millions and millions of dollars flood in from YouTube and Netflix, the billions of views, the thousands of children locked into the hypnotizing program, all of it. Since he created everything he has no real need for any of this money, but it is all for his sick enjoyment, and nothing can possibly stand in his way. This doesn't come without evidence. JJ has proved high levels of economic understanding in the song about saving money, where he shows advanced skills and strategies in that particular subject. It all runs deep. You see, the Cocomelon pocket universe created by the sinister JJ the Great operates similarly to a Saw trap, where these deadly games are meant to teach their victims lessons. JJ teaches the damned souls of his creation lessons about sharing, about being polite, and about the alphabet as a punishment both for not offering their firstborns to him as all inevitably should, but also for displaying a lack of these skills they will now face an eternity learning. Contexte: Je me lance dans des travaux pour la maison dont je suis nu propriétaire, mon grand-père est l'usufruitier et nous y vivons ensemble.
Je prévois de changer les fenêtres de la façade (7) qui donne directement sur la rue/trottoir. Je suis dans une zone proche d'un monument historique/remarquable (à 350m, mais non visible), une église et un relais de poste où un roi et un empereur auraient paraît-il séjourné (les gredins, ils m'enquiquinent plus de 200 ans après.
Devis déjà fourni par la société dans un cadre plus large (portes et fenêtres non visibles de la rue). Que j'ai signé...
Alors que le dossier de demande préalable est encore en cours d'analyse par les services du département (ABF, droits des sols...), ce qui n'était pas spécialement prévu au début (discussions entre société et mairie basée sur d'autres travaux mais rien d'écrit)
Aussi bien la mairie que la société me disent que les travaux devraient être acceptés' car je reste dans les tons et styles existants.
Imaginons que l'ABF donne quand même un avis défavorable. Quels seraient les recours ou solutions ou idées possibles pour ne pas me retrouver avec des, fenêtres non installables légalement ?
J'en ai discuté avec la société car le métreur doit venir la semaine prochaine, je pense le faire venir quand même. Mais demander la construction uniquement des éléments pour lesquels je suis certain de n'avoir aucun souci (les non visibles depuis la rue).
