What this is:

This is a weekly, curated listing of Kickstarter board game projects that are either:

• newly posted in the past 7 days, or
• ending in the next 7 days (starting Apr 22) and have at least a fighting chance of being funded.

All board game projects meeting those criteria will automatically be included, no need to ask. (The occasional non-board game project may also sneak in!)

I presented with all the right symptoms - gas, bloating, diarrhea - and was headed for a diagnosis of IBS-D. Luckily, the gastroenterologist had one more thing to rule out first. I had to do my periodic colonoscopy anyway (sucks getting old), so he also took some microscopic tissue samples. There is a condition called microscopic colitis that is very similar to IBS-D but is easier to treat with good outcomes. The trick is that the bowel tissue does not look inflamed or irritated in the regular colonoscopy. You have to examine it under a microscope to see it. Also, IBS is often associated with depression, and microscopic colitis can be caused or worsened by SSRIs, among other drugs. Make sure your doctor has ruled this out, since IBS is really a diagnosis by elimination (pun was unavoidable) and this one is a little obscure.

I have successfully infiltrated the HQ of pun patrol. I have gone unnoticed upon the recent sea of arrests. Nobody knows about the pun user in their base.

I have discovered something sinister, they aren’t just trying to downplay puns, but they are trying to eliminate puns altogether.

If I am discovered,I am a goner. I have to get this information to r/dadjokes and r/puns before it is to late. Otherwise, I am done for.

Hi r/movies, as Italian I've lived till the age of fifteen without seeing a single film in its original language.

After starting to prefer subtitled versions (thing that often prevents me from going to the cinema), I realized how spoiling it is to change the script in order to make it fit with another language, thus eliminating puns and jokes that would not work in a translation and, sometime, ruining the atmosphere and variety proper of films, by giving a standard voice to different actors.

On the other hand I have to say that dubbing (at least the Italian one) makes HUGE improvements on the quality of B-Movies, since dubbers are always professional, even on poorly acted films. For example, I swear on my mother's head, the Italian version of Pluto Nash was watchable, even funny at some point, WAY more than the original one.

That said, what is your opinion?

Probably the best part of All Stars, the incentive to not get last should be greater than the incentive for first. Make first place automatic safety and maybe a cash prize along with a tiebreaker vote. But when people have no incentive to avoid last place, people quit on challenges and don't give it their all, and I don't like it. They gotta switch up the formatting.

• What is the most overrated OP?

They should start doing fake out eliminations where you think it's puzzles, endurance, or physical but it's actually something entirely different. Imagine the look on everyone's face when Hall Brawl is clearly set up, but the elimination has nothing to do with that and is like "I Can"

That flag on Push Me must be held to the carabiner by 1 piece of thread. The whole event is designed to force a DQ.

I Can is the lamest elimination round in history. One person doesn't even get to participate!
