A list of puns related to "Edward Charles Howard"
Maybe I'm just weird, but I don't care about individual racism. Some grandpa called the cashier a racial slur because he forgot the extra cheese? Big deal, so what? Systemic racism we could have a conversation about, but people care more about Karens having outbursts than they do Blacks being relegated to neighborhoods with asbestos housing due to Jim Crow-era redlining.
Why on earth would Queen Victoria think sheβs descended from King David and circumcise her sons? Did Prince Albert have any objections to this? Were obscure relatives to royals circumcised during this time period? Many royals in other countries at the time were related to Queen Victoria. Weβre they aware of this and did they ever comment on it? Were any of them circumcised themselves?
How do the British colonists in America react? As we know in real time the colonists became very grumpy in 1760s when Catholics in Canada were allowed their own laws. Does a Catholic King blow their minds and do we get an earlier revolution?

Peter Harris had, in the last few months, come into contact with Charles Swan; a former merchant, and current pirate captain of the Cygnet, who had a small and generally unhappy crew. Swanβs men were eager to join the pirates, but Swan required some coercing. After some negotiations, Harris and Swan found themselves at an agreement, with Swan being upset at the Spaniards in the area (for continual altercations with them) and agreeing to turn to a life of piracy as well.
The two would sail together, to Isla de la Plata (Ecuador), to join rendezvous with John Cooke, the captain of the Bachelorβs Delight. However, upon their arrival on October 2nd, they would learn that Cooke had taken ill and died aboard the ship when near Cape Blanco, and that crewmate Edward Davis was now acting Captain with command over Cookeβs flotilla.
Banding together, the pirate fleet numbered over 200 men, and later in the month they would set sail for the mainland of South America, striking Paita as their first stop, later on the morning of November 3rd.
