This is a great opportunity to buy beautiful and unique Christmas presents while also seeing inside the still-privately-owned castle where the Neville family helped to plan the rising of the North in 1569.
To help maintain a covid-safe environment we are limiting entry at the busiest times, so pre-booking a timed entry slot is highly recommended: https://www.brancepethcastle.org.uk/craft-fair-booking.html

In an e-mail sent out by the college before COVID-19, I got told:
"If you accept your offer at UCAS then you will hear from your college throughout the summer and by the August before you arrive. That's when we'll let you know what to do about accommodation"
Has this changed at all or do I still have to wait until August to apply? Any help hugely appreciated. <3
Hey guys so I applied to Hatfield and got an offer but I'm not sure if I'm happy with my choice. I've seen a video or two and it looks a lot like, well, a school whilst castle seems a bit more up my street. I don't even know if it would be worth it since so many apply there and they might not even let me change my preference. I can't go visit until the post applicants day so I have no clue what to do

Hello everyone and thank you for being here supporting me in this first campaign event!
We are all reunited here in our beloved Durham Castle to kickstart the Labour party's campaign for Northumbria! Iβm standing here in front of this castle that represents what Northumbria has been for centuries, a prosperous region which lately has been losing its reputation because of the reckless measures taken by the long standing right-wing governments.
Iβm here before all my constituents to deliver a speech of hope for our region, to a region, as Labour would rightfully say, that is powered by its people. We the people of Northumbria deserve better than this. This is why Iβm running here, standing for my people, the land that saw me grow and become who I am today. We have a lot of things to offer for the people of the United Kingdom and specially to this land.
We will create a de-industrialisation impact fund to help communities like ours that have deteriorated due to the loss of industry in our case by the governmentβs betrayal to the mining industry. We will also create an Immigration Dividend where communities with higher levels of immigration receive higher levels of funding.
Iβd like to point out some of our Pro-LGBTQ+ policies that are personally very important to me as an openly gay individual, these are offering asylum to LGBTQ+ individuals fleeing countries where sadly in the 21st century they are still at risk of persecution or punishment and pushing members of the Commonwealth to decriminalise homosexuality.
I hope to see you all at the coming events!
