A list of puns related to "Constantines"
Arius exhorts Constantine the Great to agree that Jesus of Nazareth was fully human, isn't co-eternal with God the Father and to revoke the Nicene Creed. Constantine shakes his head, "No. For the sake of the unity of the Christian church, Christians must agree that Jesus is co-eternal: fully God and wholly human."
Arius throws his hands in the air. "What do you think Bing?"
Bing points to Constantine with a sly nod and croons that Jesus is "wholly infant, so tender and mild."

Jack Constantine, Chief Digital Officer and Product Inventor
Hey, everyone! This is Jack Constantine, Product Inventor and Chief Digital Officer from Lush.
A bit about meβ¦ I was taught how to make bath bombs by my Mum, Mo Constantine. She invented them back in 1989, so thatβs a pretty good education. Iβve done a bit of everything in the business, including designing gift packaging, filming one of our stunts outside European parliament (dropping tonnes of horse poo from a dumper truck to escalate the conversation around Animal Testing) right through to developing marketing campaigns to help celebrate #bathart.
You may have heard of our best-selling bath bomb, Intergalactic, that's one of the products I am most proud I invented and we sell up to 3.5 million a year. That's a lot of beautiful baths all over the world!
What inspires me...My children, innovation in tech and creative design.
As CDO of Lush, I take responsibility for how we navigate the digital landscape, ensuring we feel comfortable ethically as a business with the decisions we make online. We have a place online which celebrates everything which makes Lush a very special community over at https://weare.lush.com/,
We recently hit the news (and were trending on Reddit) when we decided to globally migrate from Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat & Tik Tok as a business.

EDIT: Thanks for all of the questions you've submitted for the AMA so far, there are some really challenging and thought provoking points in here that I want to ensure we answer to the best of our ability, so I've invited a few friends from Lush Leadership along to the AMA to give you all the best answers you deserve. Please keep those questions coming!

I know the relationship is one of the big ones in the comics, but what I love about YJ is that they put characters in new situations and relationships to show them in a different light.
I'd really like Constantine to be a teenager and join the Team, kind of like Zatanna when she was aged down in S1. His mentor could be Zatanna, I'd be curious as to that dynamic, but I want him to be his own character.
Plus, we've already seen them together in the animated movies. Maybe he could be in a relationship with Zachary Zatara instead. That'd be a cool change for this earth.
Constantine assures Gary that whatever it was means he's still a virgin.
Now, they could be talking about oral sex, or anal sex, hand jobs etc. but does that mean unicorns (and John) only consider vaginal sex to be real sex?
If so, that would mean all homosexuals would be virgins and consequently, unicorn bait.
Whatever John and Gary did was enough for Gary, to the point where John had to "dump" him and "let him off easy." so they must have done something, and now I'm all curious about unicorn sex rules!

TheΒ NiceneΒ Council, what was it really about?
Emperor Constantine's Nicene council is usually pointed to as the source for the doctrine of the Trinity, yet the Trinity was present in the church long before Constantine.Β Most Jehovah Witnesses and other anti- trinitarians have never had a true presentation of Church history. If they knew history they may not point to Constantine. They have created this misrepresentation to do battle against a lie. They portray Church history asΒ proofΒ that the doctrine of the Trinity is of a pagan source from the Emperor Constantine. The truth will astound you.
The term Trinitas was popularized by Tertullian almost 100 years before the Nicene council in his debate against Praxeas. However, he was not the first to use the term, a man Theophilus Bishop of Antioch in 160 was the first to use the term (that we have in writing), many years before in his epistle to Autolycus The 2nd,xv. We can assume it was used prior to Theophilus and was held as a common church belief with the many quotes that are left to us in history by the early church pastors. Athenagoras representing the whole Churches belief wrote, that, "they hold the Father to be God, and the Son God, and the Holy Spirit, and declare their union and their distinction in order."(AΒ plea for the Christians.10.3) The term was used to simply describe the three that simultaneously exist as the one God. A man named Praxeas promoted what is called Monarchianism, which held a strict form of monotheistic progression - that the Father became the Son, and the Son became the Spirit. This is what is called Modalism in it's simplest form, what is better termed Oneness today. Despite the accusations of the Church inventing and promoting the Trinity, we find the Church in Rome and elsewhere falling prey to numerous heresies that they tried to keep out.
As we see from history, the doctrine of the Trinity did not depend on any council as it was used by Tertullian and others long before a council was called on doctrinal teaching. The Catholic Church gets blamed for inventing the Trinity yet when we look through it's history it tells a different story. History shows that it was Trinitarians that first resisted a single church Government with a Pope as its head, they did not invent it.Β Zephyrinus (210 AD.) and Callistus (220 AD.) were the first bishops to claim Mt.16:18 to themselves, they were both modalistic in their
... keep reading on reddit β‘Why with Hollywood's non-stop sequels and Trilogies was Constantine dropped after the first film? I found it an entertaining action Occult film with a decent plot. I realize that it was based on a comic book series and drifted from the source material. The cast was decent, Keanu was in his usual Matrix/Wick form. Rachel Weisz was wonderful, plus Tilda Swinton, Dijimon, Shia LaBeouf were all good supporting cast members. Peter Stormare did one of the best depictions of Satan ever, evil yet charming. Right up there with Viggo Mortensen 's portrayal in "The Prophecy" The special effects were alright for the time when it was released. So many poor Horror films end up with remakes and sequels, The ending of the film like many left a situation that would easily led to "what happens next?"
Was there some sort of battle between production companies, did Reeves refuse to make another?
I remember I once saw a chart that said that Charlemagne was descended from Constantine the Great. I found this very interesting because no sources I have read in my study of history (unprofessional) including Gregoryβs History of the Franks that suggest this. Are there any authors who wrote a genealogy, real or fabricated, that suggests this descent.

I was watching the Ash vs Evil Dead show which is very gory, and has a lot of graphic scenes with evil spirits, demons, possessions, and stuff like. Although itβs a pretty funny show, has some good action, and the main cast is really good, so Iβm liking it so far.
And I was wondering what your thoughts would be on medias like this? For me media regarding evil spirits doesnβt really scare me. I am more scared of psychological elements in horror movies or stories, than paranormal ones.
Another lil bonus question is if in the Bible there was ever mention of Jesus banishing demons or evil spirits. Or maybe other people who have been chosen to banish or even kill demons.
Because, I assume the inspiration of βchosen onesβ killing evil spirits (particularly demons from hell) must come from somewhere.
The movie is a lot cooler than I remembered. Now I'm looking for books that fulfill that sort of vibe, especially the sort of parallel society that Constantine's a part of and the lore that's not necessarily entirely original, but at least feels cool. Something sort of like the show Supernatural too.
I've tried the Dresden Files and I don't think it's for me. I also prefer 'regular' books to graphic novels, and I've tried the Constantine graphic novels but they're different and not quite my thing either.
Any ideas? Thanks :)
Edit: thanks everyone!
Seems like the dream is gone.
