A list of puns related to "Complexes"
Is the square root of a complex number simply the square root of its modulus?
I'm looking for the simplest way to do it programmatically, and all the methods I've seen thus far seem unnecessarily complex, pun intended.
bruh.... just change the nuanced dialogue and the complex puns and jokes into fart jokes and rick and morty references
I thought this would be a good thread to have for people moving to Lincoln, or those trying to move (like myself!).
Iโve heard of a few myself to avoid but drop your anti-recommendations. Lol.
There should be surcharge for these deliveries.
I wasted at least 30 minutes today at apartments. No one gives enough details to find the right one easily. One person seemed very annoyed when I called him.
Perhaps if enough drivers rate the complex as easy to deliver the surcharge could be eliminated.
I'm doing a little browsing and I'd love to hear experiences that aren't reviews on Google.
I'm looking for apartments in downtown SLC, and I've done research on some apartments, but I want an opinion on which ones to avoid. Any thoughts? Hope this is allowed here, as I've seen other posts asking about good apartments in this area.

Where NOT to move
Edit: somewhere safe would be good. I live on the border of Mexico and I can say this is way safer than Bellingham lmao. Iโm looking for a place to not get robbed
I swear Iโve never seen so many condescending nerds in one place. Chill buddy theyre just gaming laptops. It isnโt hard not to be a dick.
Edit: love getting downvoted for essentially saying โdonโt be a dickโ
Hi. I am looking for suggestions for apartment complexes to avoid or to check out in the RTP area with a focus on Cary and Morrisville areas. Ideally somewhere that has solid if not better customer service, safety, and cleanliness. Weโve been told to explore several like The Bristol, Bexley Park, Camden, North Hills, Apex properties, Grace Park, The Lex at Brier Creek, etc.
Can anyone recommend apartment/condo rental complexes in the Reno area that have floor plans with attached garages and no one living below or above you? Only ones I've found so far is Harvest at Damonte Ranch and the brand new Esprit Townhomes also in the Damonte Ranch area.
Thanks..
For a long time it bothered me that trigonometric functions seemed to not be expressable in terms of common operators, but recently I've learned that they can be. Sin(x) for example, is the same as [e^(xi)-e^(-xi)]/(2i). As far as I can tell, these alternate forms are perfectly adequate, better even, at describing trigonometric relations. They are perhaps more complex (pun intended), so the traditional notation might be better when simplicity is valued more than rigour. But am i right to think that these alternate forms do everything the traditional ones do? I've also realized that this notation makes it easier to prove many trig identities, but one im having trouble with is getting from sin to sin^-1. Is there a way that i could solve y=[e^(xi)-e^(-xi)]/(2i) for x?
Am I the only one who can't stand apartments?! My GPS never takes me anywhere near the actual apartment. Half the time the apartments in my area are gated and require a code to get in and the customer takes about 20 minutes to ever get back to me with the code. Then they're never set up in a logical order so I'm searching endlessly. And it just overall takes an absurd amount of time to ever find it. I wish I could see beforehand which orders were to apartments, I wouldn't accept them.
Sorry, rant over.
My family loves to go to Disney. We've spent at least 50 nights there in the last decade. There is a complex we stay at most often, it has 3BR/2BA, huge pool, gym, hot tub, restaurant, etc. Off peak, it rents for like $159 night, on peak, closer to $239. It's a sweet deal, about 5 mins from the main gate, right near the outlets, free parking.
They sell for about $250k, and have a $600/month fee. The fee is probably right on, based on the amenities you get, plus all utilities, etc.
I don't think this would be worth it without at least some income, which they manage. There is an owners closet, and you mark when the unit is available, and they rent it out when free. Is this kind of thing ever a good idea?
Just wondering if they could support the weight
Anybody else get stressed when thereโs a crap ton of heavy groceries to carry and the customer lives deep in their apartment neighborhood.
Iโm still mentally recovering from the stress of parking my car in hard to park places & finding her unit in the dark.
Iiterally they expect us to piggy back at the gate. They don't provide car gate codes or even a brief description of the building inside the complex. Worst is when they give you a apt # but no building number. It's like they do not want to type out details out of laziness. It truly is laziness. I mean we already have to struggle to find parking already and risk getting ticketed for having our car Hazard lights in questionable places but then now the ongoing struggle to find your apt out of 100 buildings within your complex because you couldn't say building C is in the very back right side or anything. No sir. No ma'am.
Ive been living in this complex for half a year now and this mega douche moved in a few minths ago. He has a modded Mustang where whenever he turns his car it wakes me up. Now it would not be a big deal if he left at 7 or 8, but no this doiche bag leaves 5 am every morning. He leaves 5 almost every morning and I am so sick and tired of being scared awake. I'm sure I'm not the only one who gets woken up by this guys car because his stupid ass car is too fucking loud to be in an Apartment complex. Ive already left him a note, I'm going to try to talk to the managers about it. But basically if you have a car that wakea everyone up in an Apartment complex, fuck you too
No one thinks youโre good
Hey, so Iโm hoping to move to Montreal early next year and was looking for some apartments within my range (700-1200$) which places should I avoid and whatโs wrong with it?
What are some good apartment complexes in Torrance, Redondo and hermosa area? So far i found Emerald Victoria, American South Bay, Seville-townhouse, The Gallery at Playa Pacifica. Would calling these management companies in order to secure something work?, i am in NYC and wonโt be moving until like March. Reading reviews for others seems like most like roach problems and the like. My budget is $1800-$2200 for a studio or 1 bedroom.
This is not directed to the women on this sub but some terminally online woc and girls of colour. Youโre not going to get anywhere, complaining about how โwhite women will always be the beauty standard, insert features commonly found on Europeans are seen as better which is why Iโm getting a nose jobโ Like fk off you know full well, that the reason youโre not attractive has nothing to do with the fact youโre not white but the fact that you donโt look after your skin or something, donโt drag other women of your race down with you. This go outside, normal people donโt think โAsian/brown/any other race of womenโ are ugly as a COLLECTIVE. I could go on a whole rant about this but basically have confidence and donโt care what some subpar men say about u.
Hello everybody! I'm looking for an apartment in the Costco/Merlo/Waterhouse/Elmonica area, so far I narrowed the list down to these apartment complexes:
I would love to hear about your experiences with these apartments and their neighborhoods!
I'm also moving in with my girlfriend and we're not sure if one bed/one bath will be practical for two people or if we should aim for a two bed/one bath. Our budget is around $1650.
Finally, if you have any strong opinions on where to avoid and/or have any other recommendations, please share!
Any help is appreciated!
Edit: Thanks for all the responses, everyone! I will be getting back to y'all tomorrow, it's been a long day.
So I got an e-mail from quora stating that inflation has risen 7% within the past year.
Meanwhile, many states still have minimum wage at $7.25 such as Texas, which hasn't budged since 2009. Makes no sense.
Anyways,
I went to dollar tree today and was shocked to see that they increased the price of everything from $1.00 to $1.25!! That is not 7% increase. That is 25% increase of everything, including essential goods.
Also, in my apartment complex, 2 years ago before the pandemic rent was ~$850/month. Now I looked at the floor plans a few minutes ago and saw them charging $1,300 for the exact same apartment with no renovations. With the same shitty appliances from the 90's.
Is this not illegal price gouging??? How is any of this legal?? This is not 2% inflation. This is not even 7% inflation. This is 25%+ and even 45%+ inflation since the pandemic started. What the fuck?
Countries such as Canada that have given their citizens $2k/month during the heat of the pandemic have not gotten inflation rates anywhere near US levels whereas we received basically nothing in government help for the pandemic. Why?
What can we do about this?

Edit: It must be said. The brilliant and generous team working on this is basically doing it for free. As the sub grows more and more people will become opinionated and entitled with their creation. If you want to see this game made, please help maintain the community's good integrity with the devs. I've seen reddit eat developers alive on subs and would be devastated to see them discontinue their project due to not meeting the demands of angry internet mobs.
