They just did a reset in the over the counter medical supplies and have never had to handle in receiving. Can't mark it down cause it's DSD, but have never seen a rep for the company. Who handles the disposal of the product? Pharmacy or Drug GM or do I need to call a rep?
Recently picked up one of those big 5L bottles of Carex Original handwash from Costco and shocked to find it smells like lemon sherbert rather than the original 'blue' scent we all know and love.
I can't find any info about them changing the formula or scent for it. Have I possibly got some sort of faulty batch?

Since it is just so hard to even find hand wash nowadays (thanks to BoJoβs 2xHappy Birthday advise), the ones Iβve been seeing in store, if any, are the ones that are, either hand wash that does not specify it is antibacterial or basically your grandmaβs bar of soap, just as good?
Also, for the ones who are still available to find antibacterial hand wash in stores, what are you tactics if you donβt mind me asking?
