A list of puns related to "Cape Canaveral"
FAA approves Astra launches from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station for the next five years, effective January 4, 2022. That's three years longer than previously identified (that I'm aware of).

βThis historic launch site has been prepared for a new commercial launch partner in less than year, which is a tremendous milestone for our combined team, and illustrates how SLD 45 sets the pace for access to space,β said Brigadier General Stephen Purdy, Commander of Space Launch Delta 45 and Director of the Eastern Range. βSLD 45, Space Florida, and Astra have moved at a rapid speed to demonstrate critical and responsive launch capabilities. We are excited to welcome Astra to Cape Canaveral Space Force Station.β
Astra and Space Launch Delta 45, a part of the United States Space Force, enabled Astra to launch out of Cape Canaveral in record time - shortening the multi-year approval time to months.
βLaunching out of the Cape allows us to serve customers with mid-inclination delivery needs, broadening our market,β said Martin Attiq, Chief Business Officer at Astra. βThis is an additional step in our global spaceport strategy and positions us to serve the broad low earth orbit (LEO) market.β
Astra's launch will be livestreamed in partnership with NASASpaceFlight. Updates will be shared on Astraβs Twitter feed, @astra.
I just wanted to understand something, will the complete Starship system move to Cape Canaveral for the first orbital launch or will it be done with a new built system? The logistics of moving the full Starship system from Boca Chica to Cape Canaveral sound like a hell of a problem.
Edit: I guess the second launch site would also give the flexibility needed for the one-launch-every-two-weeks plan. I was mainly intrigued by the fact that many news sites said that maybe the maiden launch would be made at KSC, but I just found some articles that explain that the Cape Canaveral Launch Pad is an additional site, moving is not in the plans. Thanks for the clarifications.
Iβve posted a bit here, and had quite a few people ask to see photos and a recap after our wedding, so Iβm here to share!
We were married in the Rocket Garden of Kennedy Space Center, and our reception was held in the Heroes and Legends exhibit. This exhibit could hold a maximum of 60 guests (including bride, groom, and vendors). We invited more than 60 (65-70) but ended up with a final RSVPβd list of 53. I think we only had 1 no-show.

Venue Breakdown: $8,191 The venue, catering, and staff were absolutely phenomenal. They had staff there to set up and tear down all the chairs and tables, an incredibly attentive and friendly service staff, and helpful event coordinator. We had a buffet for 53 people, with salad, bread rolls, herb potatoes, garlic green beans, beef brisket, chicken with lemon capers, two types of cake, fresh fruit, sodas, and coffee. We opted for a cash bar due to the location of the venue, lack of Ubers, and family drinking habits.
Apparel: $4,745 My dress was an Allure Bridal/Abella - E104L dress in silver/ivory. I was able to get it during a trunk sale at Minervaβs Bridal in Orlando so it was 10% off! My heels were purchased off Poshmark and my sneakers were Kate Spade Keds bought on sale. I had to take my dress to 2 seamstresses in Panama City Beach to make sure the bust was altered properly. My husbands suit was purchased from Menβs Warehouse and shoes from JC Penney. Our wedding bands were purchased from David Scott in Panama City Beach - I got a pave band to match my ring and he got a titanium metal band.
Beauty: $2,572 I definitely could have spent less here, but decided to cover hair and makeup for my bridesmaids, my mom, and the mother of the groom! Makeup was done by Kiss and Makeup in Orlando and hair was done by Hair.ByJanelle in West Palm Beach. The hair and makeup artists were incredible, on time, friendly, and looked perfect all night. Lingerie was a

Event will be managed and run by the Air Force Marathon Office. Social info is below. Run will be on Cape Canaveral, and registration opens 4 May 2022. We donβt know the exact course yet on base (still working some options for the best views and logistics). Given that the Cape is normally inaccessible to even dependents, itβs neat we plan to open the base up to the public to run as well as to watch. Run will be a 10 miler. Keep tabs on the social sites for more run options.

Turns out i may be in town for the Axiom-1 launch in February which is a Falcon 9 + Dragon launch.
Where's the best place to watch a launch from now? Do you need to do special things to get passes to get to the better locations etc.? I bet some of you have watched F9s before and know these things.
I've installed a special version of cape canaveral named RSS canaveralHD, unlike katniss, this one has a solid surface so that was my priority. But when I've tried to switch launchpads there were no other ones than KSC ones and a custom big shuttle runway. In youtube video a guy with similar mod is launching from a custom launch site, how to do it in the same way as shown in his video?

Launch sites are physically present in my game.
I notice a few high-level plyers have it but it feels like a bit of a grind for a few FPs.
