A list of puns related to "Boulet"
A couple of months ago, my girlfriend said she wanted this or this shirt but sadly they sold out. I want to get her something special since this will be the first birthday of hers that we'll spend together. If any of you have an XXL or even an XL that you're willing to part with, I am more than willing to pay the original price (or more) plus shipping. Any price is fine with me as long as I can make her birthday extra special.
If any of you know of any good counterfeits, I would also appreciate that. Thanks.

I don't think I've ever seen first line players have such a dominant performance.
For those of you who don't know much about analytics, that means that their time on the ice netted almost 100% of the expected goal share.
Palat had an expected goals for of 1.12, Barre-Boulet was at 1.04. Both only had an expected goals allowed of 0.01. That is to say the shots they faced would only be a goal 1% of the time. They were pretty dominant offensively, but as close to perfect as you can possibly be on defense.
I genuinely wonder if separating this line is a good idea when Kucherov comes back, because that is such a stellar performance. Barre-Boulet has been rocking a 67% expected goal share for his time in the NHL, which is unbelievably dominant for a rookie.

Somewhat of a rocky game, but the Bolts generated a lot of quality scoring chances in the game
If the Panthers win in regulation tomorrow against Nashville we clinch a playoff spot!

Hey all! Here's a quick paraphrase/not-totally-accurate transcript of their most recent podcast episode:
Why the move to Shudder?
-They a great experience with them with Resurrection, which was one of Shudderโs best-performing premieres ever, so they knew they wanted to continue to work with them.
-Theyโre excited that all the four seasons will finally be on Shudder in one place. They understood the frustrations of each season being in a different place and changing from country to country!
-Theyโll be accessible to all English-speaking territories (US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand)
-When season 4 starts airing, it will be on the same date and time everywhere in the world; get those viewing parties ready!
-They plan to support viewing parties this time around
-Season 4 will be coming out episodically (one a week, not all at the same time)
-Talked about the โA-word,โ the bad Amazon rollout, which they had no control over (they delivered the episodes, it was Amazonโs doing)
-Shudder REALLY support their content; often with big platforms individual shows donโt click with those in charge, but Shudder was really specifically supportive of their vision; they all spoke the same language, got the same references
Will the show change now that itโs on Shudder?
-Itโs going to be even more Dragula than it already wasโthe gloves are off, everyone knows what it is now
-Itโll be a fun amalgam of seasons 1, 2, and 3; bigger, better, more fun, higher production value
Is the prize really 100,000 dollars?
-Yes! Itโs a big jump from 25,000.
-The artistry you see on Dragula is some of the best in the world and is worth every penny.
-They also stress that they know weโre in a pandemic now, they donโt want auditioners to spend money they donโt have making a multi-million dollar professionally edited audition tape. We donโt want to see you have money to pay an editor; we want to see you and hear you and see your content clearly. Same with outfits; if youโre creative and talented, you can make everything you need for this audition tape. We have powerful imaginations and can definitely see the star in you.
What sort of drag artists are you looking for?
-This is a contest with the tenets of filth, glamour, and horror. Weโre not necessarily looking for a spooky brand representative. We want people to have fun, we want fierce artists who can destroy the competition and take the crown and the prize

First, some photos: https://imgur.com/a/bhloc4W
Background: Some people might be wondering why I would risk buying from a company with almost no online presence, no photos, no reviews anywhere, no additional information about construction other than GYW and cork filled midsole?
Thatโs an easy one: I am Canadian, looking for Canadian made footwear and it is sad for me to see so many brands with virtually (no pun intended) no online presence and no marketing team.
There are some options available: Viberg, Canada West, and a few other companies manufacturing in Canada, but the fact that Boulet has probably the least interesting online presence drove me nuts and made me write this review.
Boulet boots is a Canadian, Quebec based company manufacturing Western boots since 1933, still family owned and from what I understand, they recently launched a line of more casual shoes and boots.
In the box: The shoes came with another pair of laces and nothing else. The box is the epitome of minimalism: a raw cardboard box with no logo other than the sticker on the side. It was kind of funny to be honest. IMO Iโd rather see a company spending money on the actual shoes than superfluous items, but hey! We are all different.
Impressions: They look way better in person. They came with a few scuffs, but nothing too serious. There were no loose stitches nor loose grain. I was afraid the toe box would be too bulky, but I am happy to report that it is not the case. Certainly not almond shape but no CW or IR round.
I could not find information about the leather. They described the colour as โHillbilly Goldenโ a dark honey like pull-up leather. For those who are not familiar with the term, when this leather is stretched or pulled, the color migrates and becomes lighter in the pulled areas. Hence, the name โpull-upโ. I cannot confirm if itโs Aniline dyed, but it looks like a veg tanned leather for sure.
Taken from another redditor: "Hillbilly Golden" may be the best leather name in history.
Specs
Construction: Goodyear welted with natural cork. Upper โ Vegetable tanned, pull-up leather Insole: Sport foam Insole (I am not sure how to describe it) Hardware โ Brass eyelets Midsole โ Vegetable tanned leather Sole/Heel โ Vibran 430
The outsole is Vibram 430, which is Oil-Resisting, Nitrile compound and 7.

The Boulet Brothersโ Dragula: Resurrection is a two-hour film spin-off: part horror movie, part documentary, and part reality competition. Seven competitors from the past three seasons of Dragula will compete for a $20k cash prize and a chance to be resurrected to join the cast of Dragula season 4. The competitors are challenged to create and design three original Halloween-themed looks and perform in spooky locations. Unlike previous episodes of Dragula, this special was mostly filmed on location in each competitor's hometown. This special will also feature several scripted shorts starring the Boulet Brothers themselves, of course!

I'm writing an essay about the intersections bewtween horror and queerness throughout cinema and television, stating that Dragula's like the quintessential product in the contemporary media ground. Still, I can't find any academic essay about it, just articles on the web which can be useful as well, but first I'd like to know if any of you has written or known some university sh*t that focuses on it.
Thank you in advance.
I was tweeting about the casting announcement when I noticed the Boulets had blocked me. I have no idea why. I asked around and apparently theyโve blocked many Chicago drag performers. Does anybody know why?
I've wanted to buy their oxford shoes for over 6 months now, but they've been out of stock due to their reduced capacity because of the pandemic. However, they now have most of their shoes in stock, and for really good prices with an additional 30% off their normally low prices. For example, I've recently ordered their 8924 shoes for $222.6 CA (about $163 US; and free shipping at least in Canada, not sure about other countries, though), which seems like a ridiculously good price for GYW shoes with great leather and made in Canada.
Boulet has recently started making casual boots and some fancier shoes, and that's a really great idea. To be fair, some of their designs could still use some work, like these chukka boots that could really use better soles, not having gentler designs for guys' boots, except these boots that they say are for 'women' (they're my favorite guys' boots that Boulet sells), or how confusing their website is for using grey in sizing to indicate that this size in stock, and black to indicate the size is out of stock (super counter-intuitive).
I can't comment on their fit as I've never had Boulet shoes before, but I've seen their cowboy boots in stores, and they're made extremely well, with super nice rich leather that seems thick and rugged, yet relatively soft. I think that they use the same leather in their shoes as they do in their boots, but I don't know this for sure.
I've reached the point in my shoe addiction where I've realized that since I mostly enjoy oxfords (closed laced shoes and boots) that my style is a bit too formal for where I dress (I'm a med student so I don't want to stand out as being too fancy to the attendings and the patients). I also don't really like most broguing styles. However, one way to avoid looking too fancy is with more 'rugged'-looking leather, and I think my recently purchased 8924 shoes should fit that description, alongside AE Hamilton's that I also recently bought.
Anyways, I thought I'd give people heads up about Boulet's recent offering for really great prices.
Disclosure: I'm not associated with Boulet or any other shoe or boot company.
Tl; dr check out Boulet shoes and boots
First, an album of the shoes.
About a week ago Iโve posted about Boulet and their new casual shoes/boots line. A couple days before making that post I had ordered the Boulet 8924 oxford shoes for $222.6 CA (about $175 US), and I have since received them so I could post my review.
Early disclaimer: I really wanted to love these shoes as I want to support Canadian workers, but Iโm now planning to return the shoes on Monday (see below for my reasoning).
Fit: I fit into Allen Edmonds size 8E quite perfectly, and these Boulet 8924 in size 8 2E are most likely their correct size for me. However, Bouletโs last is quite bulky, so my heel has a little extra space in the wide heel area, as do my toes due to the tall toe box. The Boulet shoes are probably built for someone with more fatty tissue in their feet than me. I could still comfortably wear them, but itโs not a perfect fit.
Positives: Boulet is a Canadian company with clearly competent workers. There are no production flaws to be found in the shoes. While I want to support Canadian workers, I also want to give an accurate review of the shoes.
Main criticism:
Bad design, excellent manufacturing: For starters, the last of these shoes is too bulky; this makes them look quite โblandโ with no distinctive curves. Their heel and middle areas are too wide, and the toe area is unnecessarily tall. On a related note, their website doesnโt make any reference to specific lasts, so you just have to eyeball which last theyโre using. I think Boulet should urgently upgrade their website to include better descriptions and more pictures. Itโs also super important that they shift towards using lasts that are more elegant and less bulky.
Weird sole: The second bad design choice is what they call โinjected leather soleโ. Basically, itโs a 3-inch portion in the middle of the forefoot that has a cut-out of the leather sole for a rubber area, before returning for another 1.5 inches of a leather sole. I just donโt get itโฆ Why not just do a rubber sole cover over the rest of those 1.5 inches?!
Leather quality: This is a really strange trend in both Canada West (CW) and Boulet where they either use a really bad acrylic leather protector or really bad leather paint. Iโve stripped the leather with acetone in all my CW shoes and now the

Hi everyone, I came across this brand: Boulet Boots: Goodyear welted Boots with almost no online presence, no photos, no reviews anywhere, no additional information about construction so I decided to write a review.
Boulet boots is a Canadian, Quebec based company manufacturing Western boots since 1933, still family owned and from what I understand, they recently launched a line of more casual shoes and boots.
They were on sale last week but I did not want to recommend anything without actually looking at the shoes. I am happy to say they look pretty nice. I took some photos in case you are interested.
