I had a blood test quite recently that came out clear apart from a Vitamin D deficiency which I’m on prescribed capsules for. Before this, I’d always get results back containing iron deficiency/anaemia, folic acid deficiency etc etc. The only thing I’ve changed is that I eat more celery now everyday (could this have helped??)
My nails are extremely weak and bendy, break easily, etc. I have blue circles around my eyes and on the inner corners. I do get lightheaded very easily, lack energy, skin is quite pale, hair loss. I get white marks in my nails not caused by bumping or anything.

I only take prescribed vitamin D capsules (20,000 Iu) once every 2 weeks and WellWoman Plus daily alongside cranberry tablets.
