A list of puns related to "Ao Dai"
I know Ao Dai Phoenix isn't very popular, but I'm seriously curious about how versatile the dress and the posed coat is. I didn't see anyone do a breakdown or versatility check, sorry if I'm wrong. Can someone show me a few stylings for both? Thank you!
Ok, so here are the albums for the different pieces!

Unposed coat: https://imgur.com/a/FhjazeV
This album is shorter than the coat pose one cause 1- I expect that most will be more interested in the coat pose 2- The width of the coat and coat pose are the exact same so they work almost the exact same way, except the unposed coat works with slim-sleeved dresses as well. Both coats clip with any dress/bottom that isnβt slim
The coat works really well outside of Cloud imo, and the transparency makes it look great with DST. Looks really good with beach outfits

Earrings, bracelet, shoes and right handheld items: https://imgur.com/a/Rjmr0kb
-I wore these together cause thereβs nothing really special about them, and I tend to use less saturated golden accessories when I style my outfits so Iβm not sure Iβll use the bracelets much. The earrings are fine, and the shoes are just any other black high heels

The suit also looks spectacular with Golden Wheat; in fact, they look like theyβve been made for each other: https://imgur.com/a/UDCWrxW
If you have any requests, just ask and hopefully I/anyone else will be able to answer :)
I'm looking for an ao dai for an upcoming event. Can anyone here recommend an online seller they have experience with? It does not need to be custom made.
I live in the US (specifically, California) but will not be able to drive to a high Viet population area before the event to purchase in person. Thanks!
I like Ao Dai Phoenix and know today is the last day to get it. I also saw the announcement for the next recharges and I know Iβm getting them. I havenβt used my one time double diamond recharge yet and would rather save it to use on a big slot for the new recharges. Does anyone have a guess on if/how/when Ao Dai will return? How have other suits in this format returned? (For the life of me I canβt remember)
Hi! I live in northern Europe and a few years back I came across ao dai dresses on Pinterest and thought they were beautiful. Quite recently, some months ago, I started looking for a dress to wear at the graduation ball. I'm very fond of dresses in general and didn't want the standard design. The beautiful ao dai dresses came to mind. I found a nice-looking ao dai on the internet and bought it! I was so excited and started thinking about maybe learning a bit about Vietnam and its culture and language, or at the very least try to learn to pronounce "ao dai" correctly. I'm now getting close to the ball but I've been a bit too much on youtube recently and heard Americans talk about cultural appropriation. Now I'm just really confused. It's a lovely dress but I have struggled so much in school this semester (and still struggle) I haven't learned a thing about Vietnam. I'm not very popular, I'm not wearing it because I want to make a statement och be seen a certain way or anything like that, I really believe I just genuinely like it. Would it be offensive of me to wear an ao dai to the ball?
I found a post about it in r/Vietnamese but I'm still insecure about my motives. I know cultural appropriation is kind of a North American thing but a lot of my classmates know more about American things than I do and I'm starting to fear that I won't be able to just enjoy wearing it because I might be doing something wrong. Especially since I'm white and in North American media that seems to be a factor I have to be aware of in these matters.
Sorry for being all confused and confusing. Thanks for reading.
If this is the wrong place to post I'll remove it immediately, just tell me.
I am flying out to Austin next month and I was wondering if there are any stores that sell Ao Dai (Traditional Vietnamese dresses). My college graduation date is coming up and I want to wear an Ao Dai but unfortunately, my hometown doesnβt have any places that sell those dresses.
Thank you!!
The Chinese people said that all the traditional Vietnamese dresses are traditional Chinese dresses :

So why is the ao dai not recognized by the UNESCO as a traditional dress of the Vietnamese people so that it can be protected and not stolen by another nation who could claim it as one of their national traditional dresses ?
In honor of Asian Pacific Heritage Month, here is a positive story where people can contribute and make an impact. Counter act some of the Asian hate. Thai Nguyen (Netflix's 'Say I Do') has a kickstarter that needs support. He has a heart of gold and this is to provide representation and share the beauty of his Vietnamese Heritage. This is too important to fail. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/aodaibythai/big-dreams-tiny-ao-dai/description
Sorry for the irrelevant post, but Lunar New Year is coming up and I would love to buy a vietnamese Ao Dai for my sister and I!
I only have one Ao Dai from Vietnam long ago, but I want to know where to order them online and get it shipped to the United States.
Please leave me any suggestions ! Thank you :)

Why Ao Dai appearing at the Chinese New Year event? Did they mistake China dress or cheongsam as Ao Dai?
