In the NIH treatment guidelines they recommend against hydroxychloroquine and cite these two studies which are in HOSPITALIZED patients. The whole point of using hydroxychloroquine + zinc is EARLY TREATMENT. It's to prevent viral replication early so the disease never progresses to hospitalization
