Below is a table from the paper named in the subject. The paper outlines a new process that was developed by Bonnie Avery McCurdy (Dr. McCurdy's wife) and the team at U of F before she died earlier this year. The paper itself is still only available after paying for it, so it would be unethical for me to post it here. However, I believe it should be ok to post the table. (If I'm wrong, let me know.) The top three items are extracts analyzed at the lab (lyophilized tea is freeze-dried kratom tea) but the rest are commercial batches of kratom. BLR is a Red Bali, MDG is a green maeng da, then Plantation Red Maeng Da.
The gold and the last two batches all contain extract. The gold appeared to contain the alkaloid rich fraction from kratom. The other two likely contained and alcohol extraction. It's unclear whether the white vein contains extract or not. Given the company and the amount of mitragynine, it's likely that it has some. The Black Jaguar says it's white maeng da with red maeng da extract. The Red Label may be pure extract from the ad copy, but who knows. It's so hard to tell with this type of product. Some companies refer to powdered leaves as kratom extract. Others add extract but don't mention it.
To make the tea, dried leaves were boiled for 20 minutes. They noted, as can be seen below, that the tea contained much less mitragynine than the powders and capsules.
Obviously, this is a very small sampling, but it gives an idea of what researchers are seeing as they analyze commercial batches of kratom. The paper mentions that other products are being analyzed, so hopefully, a future paper may give a broader overview.

Edit: As u/enigmaticpeon pointed out, the strain names used in the study are just the names the vendors put on the kratom. It shouldn't be construed as validating the existence of strains. Dr. McCurdy has said that strains seem to just be a marketing device in the West and at least one vendor whose kratom was analyzed agreed.
