Yeah, the raptors are so screwed lmao. 41 ppg and that's their starting lineup. that means the bench is literally going to be random g-league players, they'll probably add 15 points if you are lucky.

The Maple Leafs have come a LONG WAY in the past 10 years. From an inept front office, paper thin roster construction and a coaching carousel to a squad built with generational talents, front office stability and a whole new vision.

I thought it would be interesting to lookback at the Maple Leafs starting lineup from approx. 10 years ago. (And count our blessings for Shanahan, Dubas, Keefe, AM34, Willy, Mitch, JT, Soupy, et al)

Only Kessel, Kadri and Schenn are still active in the NHL today (*)

NBA only goes back to 2007/08, so this isn’t all time. But this is an insane net rating for the Timberwolves when fully healthy.

Warriors have beaten the Grizzlies, Suns, Jazz, and Bulls when Otto Porter is in the starting lineup with Curry.

Curry is also playing better in these games compared to this recent slump with OPJ on the bench. Curry is averaging 32PPG 47FG 45 3P with OPJ in the starting lineup against these top contenders.

Specifically with the Lakers, I can't think of a better illustration of injuries and Vogel's desperation in finding competent rotations. The DS/KCP/Bron/AD/Gasol lineup had a really high net rating when healthy last season. Nothing so far has yielded anything close.

CJ is probably gonna play tonight vs Magic. Furthermore, I’ve heard that Norm just got out of covid protocol. At this point, what do y’all think about our starting lineup? Are we going to have 3 guard(Simons-CJ-Norm-Roco-Nurk) like we have done before dame and got sidelined? Or are we going to have 2 guard(cj-norm-nass-roco-nurk) lineup with Simons as 6th man? I don’t wanna see 3 guard lineup anymore, but wanna see Simons as starting. I think these two thoughts are conflicting. Since Chauncey is not gonna let CJ play as 6th man. There should be some pros and cons. Which lineup y’all think we have to get for now?
