Hey guys,
Any idea where I should buy some basic stuff like fish oil or Vitamin D in Taiwan ? My Chinese is really bad so I am a bit lost, so I would like to know where I should take a look if I am looking for some good quality. I am a bit afraid buying fish oil if I am not sure about its quality.

I have a daily regime I take, but I've been slowly becoming paranoid after reading articles online that say I'm taking too much which can lead to hypervitaminosis.
If it matters, I strength train and run every day, eat a vegetarian diet with lots of protein snacks, and drink plenty of water. I'm not taking these for any medical reason, mostly to pat myself on the back.
The vitamins I take are:
- slow-release iron, 45mg
- vitamin B12, 1000mcg
- vitamin C, 1000mg
- biotin 10,000mcg + keratin 100mg
- fish oil, 1200mg
- magnesium, 250mg
- and a generic men's daily multivitamin
Okay hear me out.. I saw a TikTok that explained how chlorophyll dietary supplements work. She said that chlorophyll contains powerful antioxidant properties which help to reduce the presence of free radicals and specifically inflammation in the body. However she very specifically said that the addition of chlorophyll in the diet is only likely to make a difference to people with inflammation in their bodies, such as people with cancer, cystic acne, and diabetes. It got me thinking that the copper IUD causes inflammation and this is what lends to the contraceptive effect but also to the more painful periods. So, in theory, would chlorophyll reduce the inflammation of the uterus and affect the effectiveness of the contraception/reduce the painful periods??? None of this matters but it could be interesting.
Hi all! I’m in the process of adopting my first kitten (unless you count a foster I took care of for 3ish weeks in 2017 that was found by a customer behind a store where I was working)
I am mildly allergic to cat dander. Nothing extreme, just a slight stuffy nose/itchy eyes, but I remember reading somewhere that there are dietary supplements or certain cat foods you can feed a kitty that help reduce how much dander they produce
Does anyone here have any extra info they could give me? Are these safe and healthy for cats? Are they effective? And info helps a lot!
