A list of puns related to "Aquaculture"
Subject. Thanks in advance!
We are super chill and just do field trips, learn and talk about fish, and eat food sometimes LOL. Would love to see some new faces!
(We also take care of the tanks on campus and have started the tank on the third floor at marston)
Anyways ask for Blake (thatβs me) :)
Hey guys, I am planning to start a shellfish farm in the eastern u.s.. I will need 300 grand to get this project going, and am simply looking into some funding opportunities. I know noaa has loans, and I have saved a good amount of my own money, but I know very little when it comes to writing and looking for grant opportunities. and it seems like something worth investigating as I know some farms have succeeded in gaining funds.
I was wondering if anyone has insights on searching for grants, good grants to look for off the top of your head, and how to write solid grants that will be awarded, and your perspective on grants (is this even something worth going after). My farm will have some proprietary tech aswell, would that help with some grants? thanks !
Iβm trying to decide if it is worth attending. Iβm very interested in the field and would like to use the conference as a networking opportunity as a recent graduate.
However, Iβm nervous to pull the trigger (registration fees, travel, hotel, food, etc.) especially if the whole conference will become virtual due to COVID.

Hi everyone,
I'm looking for this achievement and i wanted to know what we have to do exactly.
Have we to only caught fish or sea plants ? Or we have to sell them also ?
I placed many harbours in my cities and it keeps getting fish and producing sea plants. It seems a very long achievement.
So i wanted to know if i'm doing the right thing ? I just have to wait, right ?
Thank you.
Hey,
im actually interested in the Master programs of the Aquaculture institute in Stirling. Im actually coming from an different background and currently study environment- and bioresourcemanagment . 1 year ago i actually found my love for aquatic pathology, especially parasitology. It wasnt planned at all and i never heard of it or think about it before, but i always have worked in the fish farming industry or dealt with fish in my life.So it kinda make sense. I asked to work together with a aquatic veterinarien 1 year ago and and work with him beside studying as an intern since.I also took every module at university that has to do with fish farming and Parasitology or Pathogens of aquatic life but our university isnt really specialised in that field. I feel like i finally found my passion in life, something productive.I get great results in that modules as in real life and it motivates me even more to pursue that career. Sadly i struggled for 3-4 years caused by an chronic infection that wasnt diagnosed`for a long time. Now the treatment is paying off and i can be more and more productive since 1 year. Sadly my grades are mediocre because of that and i have a lot of modules that arent related to the aquaculture in my study. Also i am a long term student because i never wanted to quit my study, even at the worst points in the last years.I am a little unsure how to explain that to a academic admission and how this will affect my application.
Enough of my story. What i am really interested is how the programmes are for students?I have already searched alot to get all the information about them, but it would be great to get first hand insights. How practical is it? Aquatic pathobiology would be my favorite master program. What is the environment for students? Are u gaining real life skills aside of academic research? Is the institute really that great as everyone is saying? How are the teachers? Are they supportive and challenging you to your best potential? Has anyone changed his career from an unrelated bachelor into an master in aquaculture?
I really would appreciate your insights, thoughts and experiences.
