A list of puns related to "Park Slope"
Hi all! My name is Hayley and I'm opening a zero-waste store with a refill station in Park Slope soon (we're online right now). I would love to know what are some products that you would like to see in your local zero waste store? I'm researching what to sell and want to make sure I actually have what people need and not wasting $$/resources on unnecessary products. Would love to hear from everyone!!
Edit: find us on insta www.instagram.com/lanaturestore for more regular updates :)
Inspired by the other two βbest xβ posts right now, I REALLY miss my neighborhood bodega in cobble hill and havenβt found a replacement for good sandwiches in Park Slope. Any suggestions appreciated!
As the title says, whatβs the best spot for bagels? I just moved over to Park Slope from Crown Heights. I am pretty familiar with Bagel Pub from my CH days, but wanted to see if there were any other spots that I should try. Thank you!!
Hey neighbors!
My fiance and I are moving cross country to California and will be selling all of our furniture and starting fresh. Please see the google slides deck for items still available (we live in Park Slope on 7th street between 4th + 5th ave). Let me know if you have any questions!

Iβve been living in the area for almost half a year, and Iβm not having a lot of success finding great bagels in the area.
Thereβs The Bagel Hole, which is bad. Thereβs Shelskyβs which is also bad. Thereβs Bagel Pub, which is decent but not great. Used to live near Olde Bagel Shoppe on Vanderbilt Ave, which has truly great bagels, but now itβs beyond walking distance. Anyone have recommendations?
Thereβs still a few appointments left for those who want J&J at neergard in park slope tomorrow. https://schedulecovidappointments.as.me/schedule.php?appointmentType=21716941

Hi there! Anybody have any leads on buildings that accept pit bulls? Thanks!
Hi! I'm 26/M currently living in Brooklyn. I need a new place to live starting this summer. I want to start looking for a place late April / early May and move in June or July. I'd like to have one or two roommates to search with.
The area I'm looking in is the general Park Slope/Gowanus/Prospect Heights area. I'm fine with a little farther if there's a good deal. My budget is around $1000.
I'm an engineer, I like biking and trivia in my free time (when trivia comes back). I am accepting of any type of person as a roommate, doesn't matter to me. But I'm a clean person and I'd live to live with someone else who is clean too.

Hey all. I have a room to share. The listing are available here:
(Craigslist is the preferred contact. Roomi doesn't always send me notifications.)
edit: I'll also add just as quick info that I'm 50M and the apartment is on the F and G trains. About a minute walk from the trains. Long term 1+yr

Hi all, can you recommend a bar that is offering trivia currently with an outdoor setup (ideally heated)? I know a few were doing it before the winter set in (e.g. Benchmark) but not sure if anyone has resumed... Thanks!
With all the Grubhub fees and add-ons, tax and service charges, our two orders of tacos, one order of enchiladas and 2 margaritas was going to cost $128.00. I said no thanks, ordered a pizza from our local place for $18 and gave the guy a $10 tip. Are they kidding? These markups are not sustainable for any restaurant. (edit because some of you don't seem to get it: my beef is not with the restaurant but with Grubhub whose surcharges easily added 40% to our bill while they take a 30% cut from the restaurant. We almost never order delivery - we pick up ourselves, tonight was an exception and no I wasn't willing to take it up the ass for 2 orders of tacos, a couple of enchiladas and two maragaritas.) Edit to my edit: the 40% on top of the order price was not all GH. Some was tax and some was a 20% gratuity but they still added a shit ton of upcharges to the order. Sorry for the confusion. Still: Fuck Grubhub.
Itβs a great song and Iβd love to learn it on piano.
