A list of puns related to "Mu (mythical lost continent)"
So I'm a new keeper and I've been running a couple of one shots scenarios with a party of 5. I'm happy to say I think I did pretty well (I don't think the party really knew any better since this was their first experience with the game lol) so far no complaints. So I'm pretty happy on my end I need to have a better understanding of the sanity rules. I had a couple of people go temporarily insane and I think I could've handled that better. But getting to the topic there are a couple of threads I wanted to explore further with them from the edge of darkness one shot. Particular the lost continent of Mu and cultist in new Orleans. Are there any books covering these topics that I can use for crafting a long campaign? I have a couple weeks to get something going as the same party plays dnd with one party member as the DM and me as a player so this gives me quite a bit of time to plan things. Thanks in advance for the help.
anyone have any info? seeking to go beyond
It's a popular alternate history trope to imagine the fictional continents of Mu, Atlantis and Lemuria being separate continents made independently of each other.
But I'd like to do it differently. In a point of departure anywhere between 157 and 145 million years ago, some of our continents (for clarity, continents like North America and Europe, etc.) had split themselves apart to create Mu, Atlantis and Lemuria. But which pieces from which continents would make the best candidates to create those three continents?
I've read a little about the continent of Mu, and there is a thing that says, Turks are maybe came from Mu, much like Mayans, Egyptians and Sumers. What do you know about this subject?
