On December 14, 2017, Vision Lithium announced the signing of a definitive asset purchase agreement for a 100% undivided interest in the Sirmac Lithium Property from Nemaska Lithium Inc. Vision Lithium issued $250,000 cash payment and 15,000,000 common shares of Vision Lithium to Nemaska Lithium bringing its ownership of Vision Lithium to approximately 19.9% of Vision Lithium shares. In addition, Vision Lithium assumed a pre-existing 1% NSR on certain claims comprising the Sirmac Property.
According to the agreement, Nemaska Lithium will have a pre-emptive right to participate in any future equity financing as long as it holds at least 10% of Vision Lithium’s issued and outstanding common shares. In addition, Nemaska Lithium was granted the following additional rights:
• a right of first refusal to purchase any concentrate originating from the Sirmac Property for further processing at its Shawinigan hydro-metallurgical facility;• the right to act as exclusive marketing agent for all lithium salts from concentrate originating from the Sirmac Property;• the right to receive a 2% marketing fee, in cash, on the gross proceeds from the sale of lithium products derived from concentrate originating from the Sirmac Property sold by Nemaska Lithium (and from any concentrate otherwise sold by Vision Lithium that is not purchased by Nemaska Lithium); and• a right of first refusal to reacquire the Sirmac Property in the event that Vision Lithium wishes to sell or otherwise assign and transfer its right, title and interest in and to the Sirmac Property.
Approval from the TSX Venture was received in January 2018.
GEOLOGY
The Sirmac property is located in the North-East part of the Superior geological province, in the Frotet-Evans volcano-sedimentary belt. Four types of rocks outcrop on the Sirmac property: quartz-biotite-hornblende schists, amphibolitized flows or mafic sills, syenite pluton, and pegmatites, some of which are spodumene-bearing. The main foliation strikes E-W and has a steep dip. More than twelve granitic pegmatite dykes, whose thickness ranges from 1 to 100 m, have been identified. All of these cut the host schists and generally strike NNW-SSE (315°/350°), with an apparent sub-vertical dip and steep contacts with host rocks.

There are many different types of silver. This is because pure 100% silver is soft and malleable. For most practical applications silver is mixed or alloyed with other harder metals, typically copper. Different types of silver are therefore defined by the type and amount of other metal used in the silver alloy.
The amount of metal used is measured on a millesimal fineness scale. That is a thousand-part scale, in which 1,000 fineness is 100% pure silver, and 500 fineness would be 50% silver.
100% pure silver is not currently possible to produce. 999, known as “three nines fine”, is therefore accepted as fine or pure silver, and is the most common type of silver found in investment bullion.
925 fineness – 92.5% pure silver – is an internationally accepted type of silver used commonly in jewellery, but has a long place in British history. Termed Sterling Silver, it was first established in the 1300s by King Edward I as the minimum standard for English silver coinage, and continued to be used for centuries after. Today it is still the minimum accepted standard in the United States and many other nations.
In the UK it is a legal requirement to hallmark silver items to identify which type of silver it is. This involves three compulsory marks: the maker's mark, assay office and fineness. The fineness number is contained in an oval which indicates the metal is silver. For example, Sterling Silver is stamped 925.

I had to work late into the evening yesterday, and he was just going to bed when I got home. I had left home for the office nearly 14 hours prior, had a long day, lots of meetings, traffic, etc.
When I walked through the door, I was exhausted, run down, and starving. My wife hugged me and asked how my day was, and I replied, "Done. It was a good day, but has got me exhausted. I just want to grab a bite and go to bed. I'm hungry."

According to CEO Martin Kepman, Manganese X is the only company in North America working on the commercialization of a manganese deposit.
The property is within 12 km of the U.S. border and nearby power transmission lines and railway and road infrastructure that could provide transport to ocean shipping lanes. The project includes five manganese zones: Iron Ore Hill, Moody Hill, Sharpe Farm, Maple Hill and Wakefield. The site features a historic resource of 39 million tonnes grading 9% manganese. Three of the five known manganese occurrences include historic resources — Moody Hill, the company’s initial development target, hosts a historic estimate of approximately 9.1 million tonnes at 9.5% manganese.
In February, Manganese X released assay results from the 28-hole fall 2020 diamond drill program at Battery Hill, reporting the discovery of a new area of surface mineralization in the Maple Hill area, 4.4 km north of Moody Hill. The average assay results from five grab samples collected came in at 20.8% manganese oxide. Drilling at Moody Hill, completed on a 50-metre spacing, confirmed mineralization from surface, down to a maximum depth of 150 metres, over 500 metres of strike. Highlights included 50.4 metres of 11.62% manganese oxide and 54 metres of 11.85% manganese oxide.
With a total of 53 holes, or 9,697 metres, completed by Manganese X at Battery Hill over approximately 2 km of strike, the company is working to deliver a resource estimate late in the first quarter. Once the resource is updated, Manganese X plans to start a preliminary economic assessment of the project.
Test work is underway to develop a flow sheet to generate battery-grade manganese products. In the first phase of work, third-party research company Kemetco Research produced a high-purity manganese sulphate product, with up to 99.95% purity. According to Manganese X, this demonstrates the suitability of the Battery Hill mineralization for battery manufacturing applications.
Second-phase metallurgical test results from mid-January suggest overall manganese recoveries of 85%, with the possibility of eliminating a ‘major step’ in the purification process.

MEET THE INDUSTRY
By a gross margin, China is the largest producer of Fluospar, and accounts for approximately 57% of total global volume, while Mexico and South Africa are a distant second and third.
In the United States, fluorspar consumption is satisfied by imports, and small quantities of byproduct synthetic fluorspar. In 2019, the United States imported 425,000 t of Fluorspar as well as 124,000 t of hydrofluoric acid, 37,300 t of aluminum fluoride, and 20,700 t of cryolite, all critical materials produced directly from fluorspar. Additionally, the United States government maintains no stock pile of Fluorspar, and the only exports of acid- and metallurgical-grade fluorspar are re-exports.
The fluorspar market is expected to grow at a CAGR of over 5% between 2020 and 2025, largely as a result of growing demand from the chemical, aluminum, and steel industries.
