A list of puns related to "List of Chopped episodes"
Iβm in contact with someone on set who is looking for new themes and I mentioned βstate fairβ but they are hungry for more! Plus Iβm just really curious to see what you all think!
Sanji (One Piece), Komatsu (Toriko), Brock (Pokemon), Yukihira Soma (Food Wars) are competing on an episode of Chopped. For those of you that aren't familiar with that show here are the rules according to wikipedia.
>In each episode, four chefs compete in a three-round contest, where they attempt to incorporate unusual combinations of ingredients into dishes that are later evaluated by a panel of three judges.[2][3] At the beginning of each round (typically "Appetizer", "EntrΓ©e", and "Dessert"), the chefs are each given a basket containing four mystery ingredients and are expected to create dishes that use all of them in some way. Although failing to use an ingredient is not an automatic disqualification, the judges do take such omissions into account when making their decisions. The ingredients are often not commonly prepared together. The chefs are given unlimited access to a pantry and refrigerator stocked with a wide variety of other ingredients, and each chef has his/her own stations for preparing and cooking food. The kitchen also includes a variety of specialized tools and equipment for the chefs' use, such as a deep fryer, a blast chiller, and an ice cream machine.
>
>Each round has a time limit, typically 20 minutes for Appetizer, and 30 minutes each for EntrΓ©e and Dessert. The chefs must cook their dishes and complete four platings (three for the judges and one "beauty plate") before time runs out.[4] Once time has expired, the judges critique the dishes based on presentation, taste and creativity and select one chef to be "chopped" - eliminated from the competition with no winnings. The Appetizer and EntrΓ©e rounds are judged independently from one another, while in the Dessert round, the judges consider the chefs' overall performance during the entire competition

I'm trying to find an episode of Chopped where a contestant forcibly stabs his knife into the cutting board at the end of the first round. When he gets chopped he says something along the lines of "I don't know why I even came here." They showed a little clip of it during one of the Alton Brown episodes and I wanted to rewatch the whole thing.
Does anyone happen to know which episode it is?
EDIT: For anyone else who wants to watch it, on Discovery+ via Amazon it's season 47 episode 14 "Burgers and Bravado"
Iβve been waiting 84 years.
I also posted this to the Kurtis subreddit and the same thing I said there goes here: please delete if not allowed!
Anywhooo what I did was animate Danny and Kurtis playing Minecraft but I made it an episode of Chopped, because my brain works in mysterious ways.
There are three videos, here's is the playlist!
Thank you bye~

The contestants are:
It even has an awkward high-five/handshake/handhold between the last two contestants. It's a terribly awesome episode.
Oh, and the theme is hot dogs!
Found this article after a random google. I don't think it is trying to be definitive or anything.
I have only listened to 5 of these, so will check out the other 10 at some stage.

Like for Chopped, I would love to see like a ticker at the bottom that keeps track of the ingredients for the round and maybe even checks them off as the chefs use them.
And they could do pop-up info with facts about the ingredients, cooking techniques, the judges, and the competitors with updates as to where are they now and stuff.
There's this episode of Chopped that my family and I watched a long while back where a guy cuts his hand badly, shoves a glove on it, and continues making his appetizer or entree (I forget which round it was). The glove fills up with blood pretty significantly and the guy mixes some of his food with his hands, so when the judging happens it's delightfully awkward--Alex is there and deliberately avoiding eye contact, and after a while Aaron goes "so...I see you've made some fish tacos" and finally Ted says the judges aren't comfortable tasting the dish. I forget who the third judge is, but I remember all these details because my family still jokes about the awkward tension of the judging. Anyone know what episode this was?? I'd love to see it again
Thereβs an episode of Chopped where a contestant opens a bottle of alcohol with her teeth/ mouth and the camera pans to Scott and Amanda (or maybe Alex) and they make a comment about how it was βkinda hotβ and reminded them of a pirate. It was such a funny side comment but I canβt find the specific episode!!
I'm only semi-joking here. I've been doing a lot of meal prep, which has involved lots of vegetable chopping. And I sometimes forget my fingers are covered in eye burning acid. So what do I do when I accidently mace myself? I watch the last three minutes of Jurassic Bark. I did it today. Sure, it made me feel emotions I had locked deep inside myself, but more importantly it stopped the stinging sensation in my eye.
Seriously, making yourself cry is a great way of rinsing your eyes, especially if you're like me and hate doing it in the sink.
Years ago (i do not know when specifically, possibly 8 to 10 years ago) i remember watching an episode of chopped with my brothers where one of the cooks is just HARDCORE winging it the entire time and itβs hilarious. I believe at some point heβs just throwing random crap together and he makes a soup and he says something along the lines of βdid I just make fish soup?β If i remember correctly he actually ends up winning the episode.
I know my memory of the episode is very fuzzy and possibly inaccurate, but if anyone knows what episode Iβm talking about can you please please share!!
Iβm chef Geoffrey Zakarianβs personal espresso maker and latte-foam artist. Yes, thatβs a real job. With benefits, in fact. Great health and dental.
One of the perks of my occupation, aside from hanging out with GZ and getting to eat many of my weekly meals at his outstanding restaurant, The Lambβs Club, is the access I enjoy at The Food Networkβs studios and associated properties.
GZ is a pretty big deal over there, which Iβm sure you know if youβve watched the network for more than a few hours. Aside from Chopped!, which is his best-known show, heβs building a new audience with the Saturday morning feature, The Kitchen. His personality fits so well with whatever heβs in, though, and itβs just great to be a part of it.
Iβm totally fanboying right now. Sorry. I hope that doesnβt sound disrespectful in the face of what happened.
GZ was shooting a few episodes of Chopped! with AarΓ³n Sanchez, Marc Murphy, Alex Guarnaschelli, and Amanda Freitag. Ted Allen had just gotten there a bit late but immediately started poking fun at AarΓ³n for a new tattoo on his hand that looked a little like a dick. (It totally did.)
I was in the backstage prep kitchen setting up Geoffreyβs personal Elektra Belle Epoque espresso machine. Iβd shown him the preliminary designs for the three lattes Iβd be making over the course of the dayβs film schedule. Out of the 28, he chose Spring, by Pierre-Auguste Cot, Seated Woman with a Red Kerchief, by Anna Elizabeth Klumpke, and my favorite, La VΓ©ritΓ© sortant du puits armΓ©e de son martinet pour chΓ’tier l'humanitΓ©, by Jean-LΓ©on GΓ©rΓ΄me. Iβd save that one for last.
The first episode of the day went well. A Nigerian-born British chef led the way throughout, and it was no surprise that he won. After it was over and they were setting up for the next show, GZ brought me a piece of the truly-outstanding bread pudding dessert thatβd clinched the win. Laphroaig scotch-soaked brioche sounds wrong, but in that chefβs capable hands, it was transcendental.
The four chefs waiting in the wings for the next episode were called onstage. Ted gave the rules in his inimitable style, and GZ, Amanda, and Alex sat at the judging table, trying not to laugh. If only the TV viewers knew how hard it was to maintain the air of seriousness the show tries to project.
Anyway, the appetizer round went pretty well. It was obvious the lady from Westport was going to get chopped, since she left out two basket ingredients while trying to make some weird fr
... keep reading on reddit β‘I guess they had to expire from Hulu first, but now you can access all the seasons of Chopped on Discovery +. It used to be that there was a streaming channel of Chopped & Flipped, but you couldn't choose episodes or anything. I'm excited! I probably won't binge from the beginning, but I'm glad to catch up from the last few seasons! And they have the latest episodes. Yay!
So over winter break, I plan to binge a bunch of romance anime and to binge scooby do, however I need a list of all the winter and Christmas episodes and movies, i could search for them manually but I would like to save the time for my scooby do
Episodes that are different in some way than the normal format, like the leftover episode or the cocktail episode. Sorry if this has been posted before Iβm new to the sub
Just checked out the IMDB page for the show and the cast for all future episodes are already listed. Do you think it's trustworthy or is it prone to change?
