Haven't seen much discussion anywhere around Hugo Besson but he's looking really good in the NBL so far. Still a small sample size but in the Breaker's last two games he had 25/5/2 and 26/8/1. On Twitter Jonathen Givony pointed out that RJ Hampton and Josh Giddey never scored more than 19 and it took Lamelo 11 games to score over 25. Definitely seems that there is something to be said about Besson's production as a 20-year-old in a competitive pro league.
His shot looks smooth, his release is crazy fast and he can shoot 3s off the catch, off the dribble, off movement and off screens. Hes getting to the rim well too and has made a few pretty nice passes. He looks like at least a late first rounder to me, what are everyone else's thoughts on hum?
