Hi, I tried to find resources about sterile filtering nurtrient agar (for mushrooms cultivation). But I count find any information on filtering media with agar already in it. Does it work or does the dissolved agar clog the pores immediately?

Biftek will soon be transporting their first sample to a meat cultivator in Singapore. The animal-free growth medium presents a huge cost-saving opportunity in the development of cultivated meats, as 80-90% of the current production costs come from fetal bovine serum (the most widely used medium currently).
With the expense of cultivated meats being the largest barrier for widespread commercial use cases, this is a great step forward for both the industry and CULT.
CULT Food Sciences is expected to go public this quarter under $CULT. With news like this coming out frequently, I’m getting excited to gain some exposure to this industry through them.

CULT will be shipping out the inaugural sample of their growth medium to be used as a cornerstone component of a commercially focused collaboration with a Singapore-based cultivated meat company. Biftek’s mediums have the benefit of not having to be shipped with cold chain logistics, making them easy to distribute.
CULT has been killing it with their portfolio as of late. They should be going public soon under $CULT, and I’m excited to see how it goes.
