A list of puns related to "Grey Nuns"
i filled out the application, by when should i expect a response?
Just drove by Grey Nuns Hospital and itβs completely black, no lights on anywhere and barely any cars. Does anyone know why?
Our family has no way of knowing what's going to happen after he is discharged and live in the constant fear of him re-attemptting and losing him forever. His life is litteraly on the line and they won't let me visit him. How do I get around this? I've begged and pleaded for the past 3 days

Weird question I know... But my boyfriend was in the hospital a few months ago and was obsessed with the tea the brought him with breakfast in the mornings.
Does anyone know what brand it is?
Hi, I have deferred my undergrad admission for the fall 2020 sem to winter 2021. I believe that the residency is closed for fall 2020 however will it be closed for winter 2021 too? If no, where can I register?
I've herd that the Grey Nuns hall is kinda creepy and old. I might be doing an exchange at John Molson next semester and I've heard that's the closet one to campus. Is it actually creepy when being there or is it just overblown?
If someone could tell me.
How likely I will be to get a super single if I apply for it right away?
What is the best part of the building?
Do you get to choose your room?
I checked out the Loyola area and didnβt really like it. how likely are you to get a room at grey nuns if you apply the day it becomes available?
Anything else I should know would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
When you show up here in emergency with chest pains, they are a top notch team. Everyone from the excellent guy at admissions, to the nurses, doctors, residents, porters, x-ray techs...quite a team. Kudos to you all.

How do you feel about living in the Grey Nun's residence and knowing that there is a graveyard in the basement?
Keep in mind that the graveyard is off-limits to everyone exept the surviving Grey Nuns.
Interesting story tough, when the founder Saint Marguerite d'Youville's remains moved to her hometown, the Governement didn't want to move the graveyard due to public health concerns. A lot of these people that are buried there have died of typhus.
Wife is due to deliver at the Grey Nuns hospital in late December and we are trying to figure a budget.
Does anyone know how much it costs to park there per day?
r/fantasy was kind enough to vote Red Sister their favourite book of 2017 and it's very exciting to have Grey Sister out this week to join it on the shelves!
But we don't have to talk about Nona. You can ask me about Jorg or Jalan too.
Or anything else ... like my collection of those cardboard tubes from the middle of toilet rolls, or my upcoming sci fi trilogy, or my cat Wobble. Fire away!
Plus I'm going to randomly giveaway a signed copy of Grey Sister to one of the twenty top-rated questions.

And you thought your boarding school was toughβ¦
There was a point in this story β around 60% -- when it dawned on me that I wasnβt going to be able to finish the rest of the book in one sitting. I immediately began rearranging my priorities over the next 24 hours to justify finishing it as soon as possible. ('Do the kids REALLY need a bath? Theyβre just going to be covered in mud and paint again tomorrowβ¦β and so forth.) Thatβs when I realized that Mark Lawrence has once again set a new high mark for his impressive library of work with the second Book of the Ancestor, Grey Sister. Lawrence delivers breathtaking action scenes and harrowing moments of tension that further Nonaβs story -- and the world at large -- in exciting new directions.
Nonaβs latest journey is her greatest challenge yet, as she must come to terms with the source of her abilities. Her strength and speed are fueled by her anger. Sheβs able to walk the Path by drawing from her strongest emotions of failure and doubt. In addition, Nona faces several new handicaps throughout the story; there are times when she must fight to retain control of both her mind and her body in unprecedented ways. This is a welcome change from her development in Red Sister, in which she was just beginning to learn the extent of her capabilities. Now that she has a firmer grasp on her skills, one of the more interesting themes we explore is seeing if her anger and rage can be controlled, or the consequences of succumbing to these emotions.
Through the first third of Grey Sister, Iβll admit I was a bit concerned. The plot shared a lot of similarities with Red Sister-- perhaps too many. The story picks up the same evening where Red Sister left off, and plot threads are either resolved or put on hold. We then time jump a couple of years into the future, and Nona, now 14 or 15 years old, is back in training. She's facing many familiar challenges: new classes to excel in or despise, and a new set of novice antagonists that threatens her existence in the convent. While the story is entertainingβthere's one excellent chapter where Nona is tested with both mind and bodyβsome of it feels similar in structure the first book. But then the story takes an unexpected turn, and never looks back.
One of the many impressive aspects to this entry is how sneaky-clever the plot threads were tightened over the course of the story. We spend substantial time with some characters outside the convent, so w
... keep reading on reddit β‘I have a room offer at Grey Nuns ( small double) and when I visited back in the fall, I really enjoyed the residence. Reading more about the res on Reddit however has kind of started to turn me off of the place, which honestly sucks cause I was really excited. Are the majority of the people who didn't like it biased for whatever reason, or is it really just that shitty? Personally I'm quite outgoing and am looking for somewhat of a party atmosphere, I'm still very invested in my studies, but I'm not going to lie the social aspect is important for me too.
Is it super creepy down there? Any supernatural occurrences? Just curious lol
Has anyone got an offer yet for a dorm? for the winter 2020 sem.
Or do they give offers after the deadline, dec 20, is passed?
I'm considering Concordia and wondering if anyone has any pictures/info about the private residence rooms? I'd really love to get a private room if at all possible...
My grandmother had a french-canadian father; her mother's nationality is listed as "unknown"; and her name was Marie Dragon.
I would like to access her records at the orphanage. It was run by the Grey Nuns and has long since closed.
Does anyone know how I might contact the Grey Nuns, look at their records?
i have a class in Grey nuns building in M-100. does anyone know what floor its on / how to get there / which entrance to use to get in?
thanks
I had to spend 3 hours there this evening with a friend who sustained a head injury at work, resulting in a concussion. The place was so packed but all the staff was friendly and efficient, we got her home in under 3 hours (CAT scan included). If we had been at uofa we may have still been there tomorrow. Kudos to the docs and nurses there. Patients were seen quickly and all the staff were kind. An emergency room experience 'first' for me.
There are multiple things banned the grey nuns rez from what i've read on the Concordia website and on my lease. There are things I really want to bring( like a small humidifier, kettle, etc) that are banned but how enforced are these rules? I probably will end up not bringing them since rules are rules but have you ever had fines or things taken away?
Going to be moving to grey nuns in august. How private is the rez? Are the walls paper thin? In your experience how comfortable is everyone usually( i.e is it normal to just walk around in pjs).
