π₯ A Reed Warbler feeding a Cuckoo chick. Cuckoos lay their eggs in the nests of other birds, which raise the chicks in place of their own offspring.

Could this be this a Cetti's Warbler or regular Reed Warbler? I didnt hear it singing unfortunately. Oxford, UK.

I thought it was a Reed warbler but since it was so far away from any water I'm not so sure. [Germany]

Great reed warbler (Acrocephalus arundinaceus). The bird didn't want to show up but after over an hour wind unveiled it from among the leaves and branches. Definitely worth the wait.

It took me weeks to finally get a clear shot of a great reed warbler. They usually sit on the reeds on the lake side, barely visible from shore. Fortunately I found the lake narrow enough to get a good photo from the other side.

This is the only picture I got of a uniformly olive/yellow bird, shape and size of a warbler. Didnβt see any markings on the face in the quick glimpse it gave me. It was in some reeds next to a lake and woodlands. Central NJ, west side of the state
