Hello!
I hope you're all doing well!
I don't have too much to say about this card, it's a nice fight night card with an amazing main event, and even though I gotta get up at 5:30 in the morning to watch it, i'm sure it'll pay off lol.

Prelims
Womenβs Flyweight
Lara Procopio (-130) (7-1-0, NS) v Casey OβNeill (+110) (6-0-0, 6 FWS) - Procopio is a solid pressure fighter who sticks as close as possible to you, and throws heavy leather. She might look a little slow with her punches, but sometimes you need to give up speed to gain power, and her fight against McCann was nothing but pressure and heavy punches. Procopioβs biggest weapon is her BJJ though, starting at an early age training in BJJ, Procopio has developed a very strong ground game and relied heavily on it when fighting against McCann. Its her heaviness and pressure that tires out her opponents and the only way to get around that dangerous duo is to stick and move. OβNeill is coming off a very strong debut win over Shana Dobson, in which she did nothing but land takedowns and stay heavy on top. Casey is also a fairly decent striker, but sheβs also over-eager at times, she has a huge reliance on her pressure and whilst she knew how to win against Dobson (take her down and land ground and pound), that isnβt going to work against Procopio who is an excellent grappler and can mitigate damage but positional changes and body locks. I can see why a lot of people like Casey, but I feel like this is quite a large step up in competition and Casey is still a young fighter, and weβve seen recently with Hooper that whilst being young is great, its also a much steeper learning curve. I know this is a rough prediction and it goes against the tide for some people, but I got Procopio coming into this, it will be a low confidence pick.
Procopio via UD - (1/3)
Lightweight
Joaquim Silva (-125) (11-2-0, NS) v Ricky Glenn (-105) (21-6-1, NS) - This is an interesting fight. Silva is coming off a tough loss against Nasrat Haqparast back in 2019, and since then has been somewhat inactive until now. One year is not a long time off, but its still enough time to potentially see a different Silva. The Silva we remember is someone who gets in range and fires on all cylinders,
