A list of puns related to "Atmosphere of Mars"
So Iβve entered my senior year of high school, and as an elective I decided to choose Astronomy & Geology. So far, I find the astronomy to be very gripping and interesting. Every time I walk in there though, Iβm reminded of Destiny haha. That brings me to my question... In learning about the inner planets and the solar system, Iβve noticed a lot of inaccuracies. I feel like thereβs probably a lot of plot armor going on, but I donβt know what the real answers are. So my question is, how in the hell did the Traveler manage to like... make these planets livable? Mars is more easily understandable, and itβs actually something NASA is interested in so itβs not too radical of an idea. However, what about Venus and Mercury? Venusβ atmosphere is so thick and heavy you canβt see into the planet, and if you managed to get on the surface, youβd be crushed. The winds move faster than the rotation of the planet, and basically everything is volcanoes. In Destiny, you can see out into mountains in the Ishtar Sink and thereβs even grass and trees. Thereβs geothermal pools. And on Mercury, the confusion should be pretty obvious hereβ how do you make a βGarden Worldβ out of a planet with hardly any atmosphere and is tidally-locked with the Sun? Not to mention right next to it. So what I want to know is, what exactly is the extent of the Travelerβs power? Is there any lore on as to how it does this, and why? The fact itβs able to make situations like those livable is curious. Maybe Iβm just thinking too much into it but Iβd appreciate any ideas you have or any information thatβs out there.
TL;DR: space magic. answered!
Or maybe take away from Venus to make it inhabitable?
Less gravity means bones wouldn't have to develop as much to hold your weight, so any trips to earth wouldn't be enjoyable due to the excruciating pain
Well, I must be an ignorant idiot because I didn't know about this, and apparently Mars isn't red either, never was.
EDIT: Thanks to user /u/general-clue for providing this Video in the comments.
This is a showerthought not a question. Don't need an answer even though there is a question mark.
It seems a bit unfair really.
There is definitely nothing wrong with this plan...
