A list of puns related to "Arab states of the Persian Gulf"
'''
1- Hamas is funded by Arab states of Persian Gulf, and furthermroe Israel helped create Hamas
[link]^^1 [link]^^2
The entire reason why Hamas exists is because out of the 2.1 million population of Gaza, 1.8 million are refugees forced to live there by Israel, ethnically cleansed from their lands into the worlds largest open-air prison, with a population density matching Hong Kong, surrounded by barbedwire and where they can't import chocolate or plastic lawn chairs by Israel
2- Hezbollah is a Lebanese party that is regularly elected to Parliament where its closest allies are Christian parties, and which has fought off Israeli occupation (which included things like running a torture center at Khiam prison, backing the perpetrators of massacres at refugee camps at Sabra and Shatila, and shelling a US compound full of civilians at Qana, twice) -- that doesn't make them "terrorists". The terrorist label is quite conveniently tossed around, note that the US removed Saddam's regime from the terrorism list to ease the transfer of arms to him (Europe was also arming Saddam, germany with chemical weapons, Italy with helicopters used to disperse them etc.) as he was gassing 100,000 Iranians to death and god knows how many Kurds, while the Iranians refused to resort to chemical warfare, not even legally and in self-defense, because of moral objections and instead accepted the casualties (which match WW1 chemical weapons casualties)

Nelson Mandela was also backed by Iran when the US had labeled him a terrorist too and while Israel was trying to sell nukes to the racist Apartheid regime there. Mandela personally came to Iran and thanked them. [link]^^6
In fact the ONLY Iranian terrorist group to have ever killed Americans is an Islamic-Marxist cult opposed to the regime in Iran which was backed by Saddam and which recently bought its way off the terrorism list and is warmly embraced by rightwing politicians in the US that want to start a war with Iran

3- The MYTH of Iranian IEDs killing americans is bullshit that even the highest US military official and British military denied, it was just the Bush admin trying to shift blame for their own failures to stop the insurgency (which incidentally was led by Sunnis, not the Shia) --
>British Find No Evidence Of Arms Traffic From Iran [link]^^8
>Top US General: No Evidence Iran Arming Iraqis [link]^^9

Not only is it highly misleading and arguably completely wrong, but it comes off as straight propaganda that undermines the integrity of the whole series by presenting this as fact.
Here is a wiki article on the current amount of Syrians having Asylum in Saudi Arabia
The actual amount is disputed but seems to be in the ballpark of 100,000 to 500,000 refugees.
The caveat is that you will have a much easier time getting asylum if you already have family that lives there or can afford housing and get employed. They are much harder on migrants who are helpless and poor, but many European countries aren't letting them in completely free either.
The video EASILY could have said that the situation was in dispute... or an unknown amount of refugees had been taken in... or there were special circumstances and the migrant workers are treated harshly... I am very disappointed that a video series that explicitly attempts to be unbiased would downright state as fact that ZERO refugees had been taken in by Saudi Arabia. They may be a piece of shit country, but we aren't here to play name games, we make real fact based arguements.
FIFA is setting a dangerous precedent by allowing naming disputes to occur with football competitions.
Chronological history
The Arabian Gulf Cup, also known as the Gulf Cup of Nations, is a tournament founded in 1970 for the Arab states of the Persian Gulf. That includes the nations of Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Iraq, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and also Yemen. In 2006, the Iranian league changed its name from the Iran Pro League to the Persian Gulf Cup, before eventually changing it to the Persian Gulf Pro League. The United Arab Emirates retaliated in 2013 by changing the name of their league and cup competitions as well - the UAE Pro League became the Arabian Gulf League, the UAE League Cup became the Arabian Gulf Cup, and the UAE Super Cup became the Arabian Gulf Super Cup. In 2015, Iran left the West Asian Football Federation to form the Central Asian Football Association. In May 2016, the Arab Gulf Cup Football Federation was founded to oversee the Arabian Gulf Cup. In May 2018, the South West Asian Football Federation was founded, spearheaded by the Saudi federation after Prince Ali refused to move the West Asian Football Federation headquarters from Amman, Jordan to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The South West federation was shortlived, however, when India and other South Asian nations left the federation after taking part in one competition.
FIFA corruption
Not only has FIFA disregarded these controversial names and occurences, but they have also been aiding and abetting the naming process for the Arabian Gulf Cup. On December 24, 2017, FIFA.com published an article mentioning the Arabian Gulf Cup, which was the final nail in the coffin that changed the competition name from the Gulf Cup of Nations to the Arabian Gulf Cup. FIFA president Gianni Infantino has also used the term "Arabian Gulf" when stating the 2022 FIFA World Cup should be shared among other Arabian Gulf nations. The Asian Football Confede
