Hey guys I redeemed iniesta for my barcelona team and decided I'll post a review now that he is in the store
Andres Iniesta is a 97 rated(98 with boost) centre midfielder in pes 21.
Attacking stats: Ball control 99 Dribbling 99 low pass 99 lofted pass 99 Tight Possession 99 makes him a pure baller. With double touch and marsielle turn he can dribble past anyone in the game . He has high low pass and lofted pass with pin point crossing through pass and weighted pass which makes his passes absolutely lethal. He has a finishing of 90 which is quite good for a cmf
Athleticism : Balance 99 Stamina 92 Speed 82 Acceleration 87 His speed is not too good for a cmf and he feels really slow sometimes but with 99 balance he can avoid those solid tackles of your opposition too. His stamina is also good enough to last a game
His Playstyle : Hole Player Cmfs with hole playing styles are difficult to find in game. With that playstyle he can also be used at amf(98 at that position) . His finishing of 90 also supports that but since the game already has some great amfs like cruyff and maradona and rivaldo he might not start for you there.
Does he really work at cmf with that playstyle? Most would say he might but will leave spaces in the midfield and your opposition might exploit that. That is true but I have personally used him at that place and he works perfectly for me . Attack is your best defense as many say. He works as that extra person for u in your attacks and makes your attack even more lethal. He is the perfect choice in my midfield because I am a tiki taka player and he gradually moves up as u pass the ball. If u master tiki taka he actually might be the one scoring goals for you in place of your cf😂. He can also work as a cf too if u want.
Conclusion: He is a great player for midfield but not as much as an amf. With scholes and nedved in the shop many would turn him a blind eye but I absolutely do not regret getting him.
