I have been on no fap from a long time I already added a post few weeks back about how it benefitted me but now I noticed my vitiligo almost disappeared .I have vitiligo due to a vaccine misfiring in my childhood but it's not huge tho it's like only 2 inches on my arm actually nobody knows that I have vitiligo and it didn't grow since childhood but it's gone like almost gone 90% I am on monk mode actually I didn't have sex too and I am doing intermittent fasting cold showers and exercising 5 times a week idk what helped me but I am happy they are gone I think semen has a lot of useful vitamins that are required for our body so please don't waste it on fapping to lifeless pixels on your phone guys it's not worth it
Are there any folks here who are spouses/partners to someone with Vitiligo? What’s your story and how has the journey been so far? Have y’all had to deal with your partners having other Auto immune conditions? Were you always stressed about their vitiligo and if it would spread? Did your marriage ever hit a rough patch due to your partner having vitiligo? Would love to hear from the other side

i was wondering if anyone has done this or knows anyone who has or has even read a story of someone who has? i would love to read any stories as i have vitiligo and i am a very open minded person.
For those that don't know, vitiligo is an autoimmune disorder that attacks skin pigment, turning the skin pale. I(M21) have this in my genital region. At this point it covers about 60-70% of my scrotum and i also have some small spots on my penis, in other words, it's definently noticeable.
I have had opportunities over the years to lose my virginity but i have always chickened out because of my vitiligo. Recently, i started seeing a (F25) and i like her a lot and i want to have sex with her, I think she wants the same.
Of course, with her being a few years older than me, i assume she has a lot more experience than i do. So my questions are as follows :
should i tell her that i'm a virgin?
should i wait until we are about to hook up to tell her about my vitiligo?
And lastly, how would you ladies out there want to be told about it, and would it be a deal breaker for you?
I didn't notice the area on my vulva, a doctor did. She thought it might be the start of lichens schlerosis, but I am young for that. I just noticed a very small patch on each wrist and I'm wondering if it could be vitiligo.
Edited to add: come to think of it I had a few darker patches near my lips that I thought were melasma, perhaps I was actually looking at lighter patches.
I know you guys aren't doctors, I'm just wondering if anyone else started in a similiar way. I'm 40.

On every youtube video some doctor says fast treatment is necessary because preventing losing melanocyte is a lot easier than recovering it. But what in the world does that mean? Just using steroid cream? You cannot even use it forever. I am assuming your body should enter another stage over time when you should stop losing pigment, and steroid cream course helps with that?
