The votes have been counted and the Christian conservatives have won the first Ukrainian parliamentary election since the restructuring, the deputy prime minister has already called to congratulate the head of the Christian Conservative party.
The Christian conservatives will have there working cut out for them as they must handle the ongoing crisis, in fact just this morning the head of the Christian conservatives Feodorov Plushenko stated the communists will submit to the government or be annihilated he is also the most likely to be appointed prime minister by his party.
We have breaking news it seems the communist militia groups have declared themselves the Ukrainian Soviet republic and have raided a military base in northwestern Ukraine and have begun exchanging fire near the city of Lviv with neo nazi forces, Ukrainian guardsmen have been deployed to put and end to the fighting

Going into a new era, Ukraine would need significant changes in it's constitution. Ukraine had several drafts and proposals ready, with multiple addendums including:
- Formation of prefect and community system as a local government replacement.
- Overpowering recent constitutional crisis, changing clauses and allowing several laws and 2019 proposals to pass:

- Punishment for wrong declaration of income for government workers

- Expanded anti-corruption measures, re-establishing National Anti-Corruption Agency and it's powers on checking government workers, and establishing President's powers over it.

- Procedures on judge impeachment and age limits for Constitutional justices. This is done to ensure resolve the situation with the Supreme Justice of the Constitutional court, who was almost removed in 2020.

- Confirming removal of immunity of deputies of Rada

- Include Ukrainian language as a requirement for a elected post

- Proportional system for parliament elections and change to 300 seats in the Rada

- Expulsion of MP who are systematically absent in pairlament, and those who are voting for another MP

- Providing a right of the people to introduce laws to the pairlament, creating an electronic system where a proposal with 100000 votes has to be passed through pairlament discussion and vote.

- Removal of attorney monopoly on representation

- Establishing pairlament's right to create commissions, overseeing the compliance with the law and the Constitution in various spheres.
The referendum will pass with two questions:
- First is to establish Ukraine as a federation, or just to provide autonomous status (equal to pre-2014 Crimea) to Donetsk and Lugansk regions
- Second is to accept the constitution or not.
While the set of the Constitution without the federation would not require a referendum (and is passed by the pairlament), the decision was made to make a non-binding referendum on federation first, and then vote on the Constitution itself, with or without the federative clause.
This is made as a decision both to reestablish Zelensky rule amidst crisis, end tensions in Eastern Ukraine, and make use or post-victory euphoria.
