I've recently been handed data for ~800 samples of staph aureus, and I'm confused what the tRNA and rRNA counts mean. I'm guessing tRNA indicates the number of tRNA genes in the tRNA gene cluster? And the rRNA simply means the number of rRNA genes?

Tim berry with TRNA has been trying to double broker all my loads swears he has a driver and falls through on 83% of them don’t use this guy I would love to know if someone else has an experience with this guy
