A list of puns related to "Transmutable"
billets from weekly bosses are super rare to comeby and when they drop, they usually aren't the one you're looking for. i've been playing since v1.1 and i'm sure there are those who have been playing from the start and experienced the same issue: i haven't dropped a single claymore prototype.
yes, the game gives you two billets of each kind when you first start the game. but if you're newbie, you'll likely use it on something you think is a smart choice and then further in the game you decide on doing something else but now you don't have the billet for it.
mihoyo did give us a way to transmute ascension stones, so why not billets? i've dropped 8 polearm, 3 bow and 1 catalyst billets but no claymore nor swords. most of the 3 star weapons have low base stats, most of the 4 star weapons are designed towards supports/subdps. unless you're super lucky or wishing on weapon banner for 5 stars, you may be stuck with no billets which results in no weapons for a long while.
Stuff like chip-and-dip, luminous eye or even super eye masks donβt fit in the machine.
#HUGE EDIT:
As per KusoGame's comment not all abilities can be duplicate. There is the list in his comment and I agree with what he is saying btw.
As promised to ilovedagonfive. I have seen little (or none) discussion about it. It may be due to having HAs now, 6 stars arent that great anymore! Yet we probably should do some small chit chat about it, what abilities are worth doing a second copy of and which ones arent.
Im also creating this post to give visibility to those who still havent realized this is gonna happen. This also means we probably wont see 7 star abilities nor 7 star orbs for a long while, if ever.
Im not sure if Im in the best position to provide a "unbiased" opinion, not sure how many keepers are being affected the the MES (MegaElixir Syndrome). I will confess I have started feeling addicted to HA, the are hit more times, harder and cost less crystals; not to mention DeNA is not too stingy with AL+ (Already crafted 20, can still do 14 more). Yeah sure, they can be equipped only for one hero, but that leaves the 6 star that I created ages ago free for my second DPS in case its the same school. which doesnt happen often, and if it does, that 2nd DPS probably already has a HA (Like TGC/Lightning, Squall/Bartz/Noctis, Cloud/Bartz, Edge/Totto, etc.)
So my opinion will be: "I dont think there will be an ability worth crafting twice for the time being, and even less in 6 months." The only one I really wish I could get is not included... Omega Drive :(
#What do you guys think about this update? Will this change anything for you at all?
Forgot to include the source, thanks for the remidner coin. JP Fest thread
Pro vs noob
It would be really nice if similarly to how we can transmute the resources in the arc into eachother, and how we can do the same with Nihil familiar ingredients, we could transmute artefacts into others from the same excavation mound. It just rather frustrating when you have excess of an artefact and you're trying to farm a particular collection (for example, I have something like a 9-11-3 and 0-7 split of artefacts from the sites for the first GGG collection).
This doesn't necessarily need to be doable with divination transmutation, an npc trader or anything else could work well too, divination just has done it in the past hence why it came to mind.
We have for a while. Today was a special reminder for me as I farm for Dvalin's Plumes for Jean and Shadow of the Warrior for Xiao, coming up emptyhanded on both from my weekly boss runs.
We run out of these resources very quickly and are left with underleveled talents for new characters we obtain with only (1) way to get them, maxing out at 1-2 per week IF you are lucky, and then some weeks like today where you get nothing. I have the extra hinderance of having leveled multiple characters to give myself future flexibility for whatever elemental type content is thrown at me, which made me go through these resources even faster. Mind you, I've been playing since Day 1 and have never once missed weekly boss - and yet still, completely out of the resources I need for talents.
Considering we can now transmutate the elemental fragments, it would be nice if MiHoYo could give us a way to trade the boss mats that we decide we do not need, whether it be by player trading or a similar transmutation process.
Hello! I'm working on a mod and trying to figure out how to make certain set pieces untransmutable, like Krieg's, Dark one's and Lokarrs set, so that they have to be target farmed. I looked at those sets and at the settransmute.dbr in gdx2 but I just dont find anything that makes these untransmutable.
Does anyone know how to do this by any chance? Much appreciated!
So we have stealth frames who can go invisible (e.g. Ash, Loki, Ivara) and intangible (Loki), but I realized I'd love a frame who can hide in plain sight.
Enter Mercurius! Inspired by the T1000 from Terminator 2 and The Secret World of Alex Mack (and other liquid-y shapeshifters), Mercurius can adapt to a variety of situations, and is no slouch in a firefight, either.
The result of attempts to combine Sentient technology with the Technocyte virus, Mercurius's appearance should be unnaturally slender, sleek, and androgynous. Animations should be slow and languid, matching the fluid nature of the frame. Idle animations could involve examining an arm while transforming it in to the arm or another frame or enemy.
Passive - Quicksilver - Mercurius turns into a puddle when sliding, granting invincibility. Sliding under an enemy causes them to slip and fall. Cannot attack while sliding.
notes: the animation would be similar to Hydroid's puddle, but slightly more bulbous, like actual liquid mercury.
1 - Impale - Mercurius extends an arm forward, dealing S piercing damage and stunning all enemies in R range. If cast again while an enemy is impaled, all impaled enemies are thrown to the side, ragdolling them and dealing S impact damage to the impaled and any foes caught in the arms path.
note: the direction enemies are flung could be affected by the direction you're moving e.g. move right, they fly right, stay still they get slammed to the ground instead
2 - Mimesis - Mercurius turns in to a copy of the targeted enemy / object. Transformation breaks upon attacking / parkouring. While transformed, you are ignored by all enemies of the targets faction.
note: should possibly alert enemies if you're mimic-ing an object and enemies see you move?
2 augment - Simulacrum- Mimesis can be cast on allies, replicating their appearance and weapons.
note: Mercurius would most likely retain his own ability set rather than his targets, but maybe not? I like the idea of an ability that lets newer players try out different warframes and weapons.
3 - Viscosity - Mercurius becomes viscous. All attacks have an S% chance to pass right through and cause friendly fire damage to enemies.
note: probably channeled, with an additional cost for each attack that passes through?
3 augment - Reconstitution - Viscosity restores a small amount of health for each bullet that hits Mercurius. Shots no longer pass through.
4 - Ferrofluid - Mercurius transforms its arms in to replicates of
... keep reading on reddit β‘Hi, Iβm sorry but I feel terribly forgotten arena net. All the legendary stuff can be transmute to other one, excerpt for aurora. Iβve craft this and It such a pain to take it from one character and put it on an other one when you play multiple characters like me. I mean Iβve work hard like any other one to get a legendary stuff but Iβm stuck to one character when every one can just press a button to get that skin anytime anywhere
I hope one day this will be implemented
Make it a similar ratio to their ore counterparts
I'm thinking gambling Eldritch Essences whenever I get 4.
How about SR runs? If so, at what level(s)/number of shards?
Is Crucible 150-170 still good?
How about just Nems/rougelikes?
I really want to try out Mythical Will of the Blade.
The effect is not an infusion, it's a skin. So why is it not in our wardrobe/transmutable like the backpiece Trinkets?
When you hover over the gems that are able to be used in the transmutation from sparkling hex to brilliant hept. It says "bound to account, unable to sell, trade". So the only gems we can use are the ones from the treasure trove or new rng boxes? Not the ones purchasable on the auction house?
If we arent allowed the use the purchasable ones, will there be more events in the future that will allow us to obtain these gems?
Basically my concern is that all these gems are untradable, so how are we supposed to get them?
Hey there! Where do you guys get your transmutable (appearance change) items?
Any cool ideas for GWF or GF? I have been trying to find a list of items and where to find them. I know the CTA events are good for that but curious if there are any other places I could find them. Mostly looking for weapon ones but I got to admit I like the armor ones too!
is there a way to reduce the failure or take it all out, cause it's preatty bullshit when you want 1 outfit and need rng for that but also need rng to even get the box
