Terrene Cake Eater 27.5 x 2.8 - true to size?
I'm looking to buy some studded tires for my rigid Surly Karate Monkey. I'm really interested in the Terrene Cake Eater Light tires, but was am a bit concerned that they run smaller than advertised. My rims are WTB ST i40 TCS. Does anyone have any experience with them? If so, do they run true to size or smaller?
I'm really not wanting to go below 2.8. My other options are 45NRTH Wrathchild 27.5 x 3.0 or Suomi Tyres Fat Freddie 27.5 x 3.0. I'd like the Wrathchild's but they cost a bit more than the CEs.

A question regarding the Terrene Protectorate.
So, I was thinking about trying to make a lore accurate Starbound I guess fan-fiction? The problem is, there's almost no lore regarding the Terrene Protectorate, specifically the circumstances that it was formed around and why it was formed. What is the Protectorate's vision and why is it only found on Earth? I'd prefer canonical explanations (if such actually exist), pseudo-canons and to an extent headcanons (as long as they are consistent.) It's really infuriating when all the official wiki has are two lackluster codices and the intro mission. Sorry if this has been a bother to anyone.

Question about the Geomancer Spell Terrene Destruction
I am an SK that has chosen Geomancer for my ascension class. One of the self buff spells is Terrene Destruction, which has nice stat boosts, but also stifles the caster. I made myself the red adornment Empyral Rune Adamant Resolve, and put it on my belt. I thought that was supposed to prevent me from being stifled, so that I could use the buff without the negative side effects. Unfortunately this didn't work. I have also made Empyral Rune Astral Dominion (for mez prevention), however no luck there either.
Does anyone know how to prevent the stifle effect from Terrene Destruction? Do I need the Void Etched version of Adamant Resolve adornment?
