I was a very young boy when my maushi(maternal aunt) would talk very proudly of the prime minister. She was proud of PV Narsimha Rao, because he spoke Marathi and by that logic, my maushi said that we had a Marathi PM in Delhi. She said he spoke 8 languages! And he also brought in liberalisation. I would not know what she meant by that so she said that Rao was the reason MTV, cartoon network and channel V were on TV. At that, even I loved him. Which kid could not love the man responsible for bringing Cartoon network to TV? And at that young age I was also very impressed by the fact that the PM spoke 8 languages. Later I would come to know that it was actually 15.
As I grew older, reading Rao's achievements, he seemed even more impressive. He ended the licence Raj, opened up the markets when we had no foreign reserves.
When Rao entered the office, the GDP growth of India was 1%, and by the time he left it it was a whopping 7.5%.
Congress brags a lot about this time and credits Manmohan Singh for it, conveniently forgetting Rao's sheer political will to wade through the Congressi muck and saving the country from disaster.
But discrediting him is still the kindest thing Congress and Sonia Gandhi have done to him. To see the full picture we start from the fall of Soviet Union.

With their fall and Russia being busy with dissenting nations all around them, India had the best opportunity to liberalise and move away from the quicksand of communism.
Rao did exactly that and moreover he had the presence of mind to keep tabs on Sonia Gandhi for any mischief.

As the title said, Sonia toolkit was made with Light leader in mind and even allow her to best Sakura in using Summoners while completely negating most weaknesses she could have.
I did some tests and here's a little preface :
When Sea monster is summoned, it takes the place of the leader while inheriting his/her stats and buffs (you'll see why it's important). The arms are the actual summons and their stats comes from Sonia. Any characters in the back row prior the summon, dies and it is impossible to bring them back via revive so think well before putting units there because they're gone for all the fight.
Now for the skills :
- The first one : It's literally Sakura's skill 2 combined with command master on steroid. All your units and summoned get 40% of Sea Monster's ATK (stackable btw) and do a all round assault while doing 30% of the target max HP as added damage (command master is 12%). So even tho Sakura will have increased effect with his own command master, any other leader can just do it with this skill. Brilliant.(not even mad)
- The second one : Full board AOE that does 250% of true damage while giving the Sea Monster 25% lifesteal. Now the funny thing with that skill is the lifesteal because it is the only heal beside Spirit healer Triumph skill that bypass curse. So you can't prevent Sea Monster to heal himself while he destroy your team.
And for the finale, the synergy with Light leader. The power of Dawn stacks are transferable to the Sea Monster. Now look at the skills description, imagine having insane ATK and rage regen stack and behold what's going to happen afterward. I fought Glory leaders in arena with a Triumph Light leader and the Sea monster is just an unrelenting beast. (he can OS an A.Anna with shield with one unique with enough stacks)
So I'm done, done playing Sakura that is. He's just too weak and with Sonia in hand, Light leader is just a better summoner leader overall. If you ever plan on playing a summoning based team, go get Sonia and play Light leader, that's the way to go, period.
